Prepares monthly reporting for fixed assets including asset reconciliation reports, construction in progress reports, capital expenditure reports and transfer and retirement reports. Reviews systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department. ? Responsibilities Own and manage daily ticket triage, prioritization, and coordination across engineering teams Act as the primary point of contact for technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure programs and projects are completed on schedule and within scope Support engineering change management, ensuring changes are properly reviewed, communicated, and implemented Create, review, and maintain functional and technical specifications used for implementation decisions Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, adapting to data model or process changes Track progress, risks, and dependencies, and provide clear status updates and reporting Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure SKU builders and downstream users have complete and timely data Support continuous process improvement related to ticketing, triage, and reporting workflows Qualifications (Required) 2+ years of experience working in a cloud engineering or technical engineering environment 2+ years of hands-on experience with ticketing systems (ADO preferred) or PLM tools 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard maintenance and updates 3+ years of experience in engineering change management, technical program management, or engineering operations Experience working closely with engineering teams and coordinating across multiple stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear updates Preferred Qualifications Engineering degree or strong engineering-focused background Experience leading or facilitating regular syncs, triage calls, scrums, or workshops Working knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-based data systems Experience with process improvement in engineering or operations environments Python or scripting experience, especially for analytics, automation, or BI workflows Exposure to AI-enabled analytics or data-driven operational workflows Salary Range At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $80,000 to $90,000 USD annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate's qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
