Position Summary
The Contents Technician directly assist our customers with a variety of services including inventory and disposal of damaged contents, processing, packing, and cleaning of personal contents affected by fire damage, water damage, or mold. Assesses and catalogs non-restorable contents while obtaining proper approvals from Adjusters.
Ensures contents have been processed correctly by completing visual inspections and signing off.
Monitors the safeguard of inventory within the company's possession.
Assists with the processing of contents, as scheduled.
Ensures the Fireline is safe, neat, and organized.
Manipulates customers' contents in accordance with the job scope and customers' requests.c
Reports broken or damaged goods to management, completing required documentation.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follows industry best practices, ensuring safeguards are being used during content manipulation.
