RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for the technical reliability of the plant and equipment for multiple production units and in coordination of the Production Superintendents.

REQUIREMENTS
* A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
* 5-10+ years of general chemical industry experience required.
* Must have broad based skills in engineering and maintenance as well as planning and organizing.
* Must possess the theoretical technical knowledge combined with the analytical thinking and practical experience to effectively manage the Smart Effects process.

Working knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, AS13100, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality standards. Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases. Experience with DISCUS is a plus.

Utilizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), EM technicians are responsible for performing a variety of sampling activities in all aseptic and controlled areas of the facility as well as the plant utility systems. In this role, you will:
Perform environmental monitoring tasks for the aseptic environment, other controlled areas, and plant utility systems following specified instructions and techniques from Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Training Material, and other GMP documents.
Ensure all tasks are completed in a GMP compliant and safe manner.
Document all tasks within MODA, LIMS, or standard laboratory paper documentation utilizing GDP principles.
Entry of information into laboratory logbooks as applicable for tasks per SOP.
Partner and communicate with operations, aseptic services, validations, and other site departments as required for support of operations and GMP processes.
Perform Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) alarm acknowledgement.
Actively participate in daily and weekly laboratory meetings.

Our Night Electrician role offers a challenging, diverse and exciting opportunity to become part of our Maintenance team. In general, all Electrician roles are required to repair, install, replace, program, and test all electrical circuits, and equipment. Periodically perform or assist others in routine to moderately complex repairs or installation of automatic electrical and electronic controls.
What you will do:
Test electrical systems and circuits in electrical wiring, equipment or fixtures
Inspect electrical systems, equipment or components to identify hazards, defects or repair
Troubleshoot, program and upgrade Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
Work with vendors to identify needed parts and recommend to Supervisor
Understand and update instrumentation loop diagrams, E & I drawings, blueprints and schematics
Program AC & DC variable speed drivers
Update power distribution system, MCC and switch gears
Install electrical equipment
What you need to be successful:
High School Diploma or GED
Detailed and accuracy oriented
Understanding of AC and DC control circuits
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams; have knowledge of 3 phase motor circuits, MCC's, power distribution and lighting circuits
Ability to work outdoors in all temperatures in loud, high volume environments performing physical tasks throughout the shift
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position which includes walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs, bending and lifting-up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, work in elevated work areas and tight close spaces
Pass a basic written, oral and or visual electrical exam

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CMM Programmer to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing complex coordinate measuring machine (CMM) programs to ensure precision and quality in our manufacturing processes. In addition to performing the calibration of the coordinate measuring machine, you will also use precise measurement tools, such as calipers and micrometers, to ensure our products meet our customer and internal standards. Interpret internal and customer engineering drawings to determine inspection requirements.
Create and edit CMM programs to support part inspection and validation.
