Day to day:
Responsible for providing business plans, project plans, forecasting both revenue and expenses, and providing input to strategic planning in coordination with RIS, RTS, and RES.
Develops and coordinates site safety plans, coordinates resources and project materials, and oversees on-site supervision for the completion of field work.
Negotiates with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the Ross companies, when required.
Coordinates billing and related activities with our RES accounting department, RES sales department, and our customers.
Manages and coordinates field service activities between the customer and the Ross companies.
Oversees supervision of internal and/or external labor on an as-needed basis to complete Field Service Projects.
Serves as a technical advisor in the field, ensuring that materials are properly sampled, characterized, profiled, manifested, segregated, packaged, shipped, and to perform industrial services in a safe and compliant manner.
Serves as liaison between the customer and the Ross companies: Builds relationships with vendors, customers and subcontractors to ensure work is performed effectively and within regulatory guidelines.
Provides project proposals and estimates to the customer and/or RES for Field Service Projects.
Provides technical support for the RES sales force including traveling to job sites, providing technical support for our customers, and providing customer based solutions grow our field service capabilities.
Supervises and directs the work of the Field Service Project Coordinator including performance management, time management, goal setting, etc.
Controls business expenses and maximizes project profitability.
Works with RIS to coordinate Corrective Actions on our customer's waste receipts (special repackaging, box/tanker heel clean-outs).
Wears personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed and in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
Enters confined spaces as required and in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
Works indoors and outdoors.
Daily use of advanced PC and business computer applications, telephone conferencing and e-mail.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Strategic Technical Product Lead you will be responsible for leading the effort that links our Grid Services products and Data Integration services. As the business partner to the tech team, you will be responsible for visioning and overseeing a best in class data platform for operating Virtual Power Plants consisting of multiple battery vendors and other distributed energy resource technologies. You must be excited to lead the build of a new technical product that requires an organized data warehouse for storing, validating, organizing, aggregating, and serving time-based energy data. The data infrastructure must help standardize the way we handle observability and monitoring.
In this role you will understand core business objectives and lead and define the future state technology platform vision. The Strategic Technical Product Lead role will define business requirements for the backend data pipeline, schema and API strategy to manage DPPs through a centralized command platform with a front-end product interface for internal and external users. Core to the data architecture will be API connectivity to battery and DERMS vendors, full stack web app development, data processing and normalization (e.g. telemetry), and data visualization (e.g. map and display all batteries, etc.).
You will also act as Sunrun's public facing technology expert and be expected to assist the business development and policy teams in partner meetings, at conferences, and in regulatory proceedings.
You will work closely with the Operations Team, TPMs, engineering leads, AI managers and designers across our product and platform teams. You will be seen as an advocate and thought leader about Grid Services technology strategy - i.e. OpenADR, IEEE 2030.5 protocols, etc. - and be expected to speak externally on these subjects as the lead SME. This role will continue after the initial technology build and will evolve into maintenance, improvement, and scaling of the platform as well as responsibility for aspects of the performance of the platform and the fleet.

As Eos Field Service Site Supervisor, you will play a vital role for Eos' success of our field service execution. You will provide (site) leadership and guidance for commissioning, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and maintaining Eos' Energy storage systems in the field. Summary Objective
Electrical Field Service Lead serves as the senior field electrician responsible for overseeing the electrical installation, startup, and commissioning of Stellar Energy's Modular Central Utility Plants (MCUPs) at customer sites. This position helps direct and support a team of two Field Technicians and acts as the primary electrical authority on-site, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and in accordance with engineering specifications, codes, and quality standards. The role requires a combination of expert electrical knowledge, hands-on field execution, leadership, and digital fluency with control systems, sensors, and related smart infrastructure.
Essential Functions
Lead the contractor in all electrical installation activities for MCUPs at customer locations, serving as the senior site electrician.
Coordinate and supervise the work of two Field Technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Interpret and execute electrical plans, single-line diagrams, wiring schematics, mechanical P&IDs, structural drawings, interconnection details, and control drawings provided by Engineering.
Manage startup and commissioning of electrical systems, including verification of power distribution, control wiring, instrumentation, and smart components.
Configure and troubleshoot control panels, PLCs, VFDs, and digital monitoring systems during commissioning.

Education / Work Experience:
* High school diploma or GED is required.

* Knowledge of industry standard practices for service, inspections, and design is required.
* Valid driver's license and excellent driving record is required.
Computer Skills:
* Significant experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel) applications required.

Job Description
Responsible for providing business plans, project plans, forecasting both revenue and expenses, and providing input to strategic planning in coordination with RIS, RTS, and RES.
Develops and coordinates site safety plans, coordinates resources and project materials, and oversees on-site supervision for the completion of field work.
Negotiates with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the Ross companies, when required.
Coordinates billing and related activities with our RES accounting department, RES sales department, and our customers.
Manages and coordinates field service activities between the customer and the Ross companies.
Oversees supervision of internal and/or external labor on an as-needed basis to complete Field Service Projects.
Serves as a technical advisor in the field, ensuring that materials are properly sampled, characterized, profiled, manifested, segregated, packaged, shipped, and to perform industrial services in a safe and compliant manner.
Serves as liaison between the customer and the Ross companies: Builds relationships with vendors, customers and subcontractors to ensure work is performed effectively and within regulatory guidelines.
Provides project proposals and estimates to the customer and/or RES for Field Service Projects.
Provides technical support for the RES sales force including traveling to job sites, providing technical support for our customers, and providing customer based solutions grow our field service capabilities.
Supervises and directs the work of the Field Service Project Coordinator including performance management, time management, goal setting, etc.
Controls business expenses and maximizes project profitability.
Works with RIS to coordinate Corrective Actions on our customer's waste receipts (special repackaging, box/tanker heel clean-outs).
Performs site activities and duties as required.
Wears personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed and in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
Enters confined spaces as required and in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
Works indoors and outdoors.
Attends 40hr OSHA, DOT, Confined Space Entry, Lock-out/Tag-out, and/or job specific training will be required.
Understands both RIS' ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, and assists with executing their objectives.
Daily use of advanced PC and business computer applications, telephone conferencing and e-mail.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Minimum five years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. Sales experience is a plus.
Ability to provide technical proposals and price estimates for projects.
Strong working knowledge/understanding of environmental and related regulations (RCRA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) is required.
Working knowledge of various hazardous waste disposal technologies (incineration, waste water treatment, landfill, fuel blending, etc.)
Must possess the ability to work independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
Must be able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
Must possess and demonstrate the ability to grow and expand field service capabilities and meet our sales budget objectives.
Must have the desire and ability to travel extensively (Day trips and up to 5 overnights a month)
Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

* Under general supervision, coordinates and oversees cementing service line work at the well site, providing quality service to the customer.
* Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used, including dispute resolutions to approved levels.
