Michael P. Warsaw is the Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer of EWTN Global Catholic Network. He joined EWTN in 1991 and has held senior management positions in the areas of television production, satellite operations, and technical services, working directly with Mother Angelica, the network’s founder, on all of her major initiatives. Michael was named President of EWTN in 2000 and assumed the post of chief executive officer in 2009. With the Network’s 2011 acquisition of the National Catholic Register, he became its publisher. Michael assumed the post of chairman of the board of EWTN in 2013. In that capacity he oversees the network’s strategic direction and mission around the world. In 2017, Pope Francis appointed him as a Consultor to the Vatican’s Dicastery for Communications.

Dan Burke joined EWTN as part of the Network’s acquisition of the National Catholic Register in 2011. Burke’s background, prior to his arrival at EWTN, included global strategy development, business and technology consulting, and organizational development. He is an award-winning author and editor of 11 books on authentic Catholic spirituality. Dan is also the founder of the Avila Institute for Spiritual Formation, which offers graduate studies in spiritual theology to priests, religious, and laity in more than 70 countries.

Deacon Gerald Zukauckas is a Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at EWTN.

Doug Keck, President and Chief Operating Officer, and host of "EWTN Bookmark," is responsible for all TV, Radio and Internet Programming and Production at the EWTN Global Catholic Network, the largest Catholic media network in the world. He previously served in senior level positions with Rainbow Programming, Cablevision, and regional sports networks, and also worked in New York-area radio. During his over 30 years in media, he has been involved in the development and launch of more than 25 international, national and regional television networks, the likes of AMC, Bravo and CNBC.

Nils Gimberg is a Chief Engineer at EWTN and Engineering Project Manager at Eternal Work Television Network (EWTN) and is based in Birmingham, Alabama. He has worked as Grounds Supervisor at EWTN, member of the facilities department at EWTN, and Maintenance Engineer at Captioning Equipment and Conveyor. Nils studied at Herzing University between 2008 and 2010 and Leeds High School.

Wilton Gregory is a Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at EWTN.
