While at Imperva, Nir set the company product strategy and launched and managed the worldwide services organization. Nir also held engineering positions at Adjungo Networks (acquired by Flash Networks) and Shopping.com (acquired by eBay). He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in computer sciences from The Interdisciplinary Center in Israel.

Dr. Domingo Mihovilovic is a founder and Chief Technology Officer at Exabeam and is based in United States.

Sherry Lowe leads the global marketing organization for Exabeam. Sherry is a 20-year veteran of tech companies in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining Exabeam she was most recently the CMO of Expanse, acquired by Palo Alto Networks. Before Expanse, Sherry was the CMO of Druva, a cloud data protection company. She also served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Splunk for six years, was a key member of the pre-IPO team, and built and led corporate marketing during its transition to a public company. Sherry is also as an award-winning print and broadcast journalist. She received a B.S. in Journalism from Arizona State University and a Masters in English from Indiana State University.

Adam Geller is a Chief Product Officer at Exabeam and is based in San Francisco Bay Area.

Gorka is Chief Strategy Officer at Exabeam. In his role, he assists the executive team and functional leaders across the company with developing, communicating, executing and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives. Gorka has spent the last 30 years in security with experience spanning leadership roles across product management, sales, marketing and operations. Most recently, Gorka was senior director and security and risk management analyst at Gartner driving coverage for SIEM, SOC, and managed detection and response (MDR), while also leading research for IT leaders on emerging topics. Prior to Gartner, Gorka led business development at Splunk where he established and built the Splunk security ecosystem. Prior to Splunk, he established presence for LogLogic in Southern Europe, ran security activities for Unisys in France and launched the first partner-led intrusion detection and prevention system (IDPS) in the industry as lead for NetScreen’s Emerging Technology efforts. A certified CISSP, Gorka received a computer science degree from Universite de Pau in France before moving to the U.S. as a Ph.D. candidate in network security at the University of Miami.

Shahar Ben Hador

Vice President of Product Management

Shahar Ben Hador serves as Vice President of Product Management and is responsible for continuous delivery of new products, features, security content and solutions. Previously, he served as Exabeam’s CIO when he first joined the company in early 2018, building out the IT infrastructure and security organization as well as Exabeam’s first SaaS product. Prior to Exabeam he spent nearly 10 years at Imperva, rising through the ranks from manager/director of IT infrastructure to CISO and ending his tenure as VP and GM building SaaS data security products.

Crendal Kear

Vice President, Global Sales Operations

Crendal is a highly-regarded business operations professional with over 20 years of experience in technology sales, support and services operations roles. She currently serves as the Vice President of Global Sales Operations at Exabeam. Prior to Exabeam, she was Vice President of Worldwide Sales Operations at Zscaler, where she built out the sales and support operations that ultimately led to a successful IPO for the company. Before Zscaler, Crendal held various operational roles at organizations including Hewlett Packard, NetApp, Aricent and ArrayComm where she supported organizations experiencing business transformation and hyper growth. Crendal has a B.A. from University of Findlay.

Mor Lakritz

Vice President Finance

Mor leads Exabeams’s financial organization, overseeing financial planning and analysis, accounting, finance operations, treasury and facilities. Mor has over 15 years of finance and accounting experience in public companies and high-growth pre-IPO organizations. Most recently, Mor served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller at Talkdesk, a unicorn cloud-based contact center. Before Talkdesk, she was Corporate Controller at Apttus, a SaaS provider of quote-to-cash software. Prior to Apttus, she held a variety of finance positions at cybersecurity company Imperva and began her career at KPMG. Mor holds a MBA in Finance from Tel-Aviv University, Recanati School Of Business Management and a B.S. in Accounting and Economics from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.

Angela Schenone

Senior Director, Human Resources

Angela is a seasoned human resources leader with over 15 years of human resources experience, primarily focused in the technology industry. Since joining the company, Angela has successfully scaled the human resources department and also built out the original talent acquisition team. Prior to Exabeam, she was the Head of Human Resources at Vectra AI, building out their People function. Before Vectra, she was the Head of Human Resources for Deem, Inc. Angela holds a Master of Business Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Pacific.

Domingo has been delivering software innovations for enterprises and consumer-focused businesses for more than 25 years. He has held senior executive roles in leading technology companies such as Siebel Systems, Sumo Logic, SugarSync, MobiTV, and Savi Technology. An inventor of eight issued patents, Domingo holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Chile, as well as a Master of Science in computer science, Master of Science in electrical engineering, and a doctorate in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

Sylvain Gil

Vice President, Product Strategy & Co-founder

Sylvain brings 15 years of experience in building, deploying, and supporting information security products for large and medium enterprises. Previously, he held senior-level roles at Imperva, where he led product management and product marketing for application security as well as Imperva’s worldwide customer support and professional services organization. Sylvain also led North American technical support and services for Solsoft (acquired by LogLogic). Sylvain has a software engineering degree from the Léonard de Vinci school of Melun, France.

Ralph Pisani

President

Ralph leads the sales and marketing go-to-market functions at Exabeam. With 20 years of experience in sales and channel and business development, Ralph is widely recognized as one of the top security sales leaders in Silicon Valley. He led the Imperva worldwide sales organization from an early stage through the company’s successful IPO. Prior to Imperva, he served as vice president of Worldwide OEM Sales at SecureComputing (acquired by McAfee); and Regional vice president of Sales and vice president of Channel and Business Development for CipherTrust (acquired by SecureComputing). Ralph also has held global sales leadership roles with Sophos, Inc., HR Logic, Inc. and EMDS Consulting, Inc. Ralph has a BA in Business from Bentley University.

Manish Sarin

Chief Financial Officer

Manish has more than 20 years of experience working with high-growth technology and cybersecurity companies. Before joining Exabeam, he held senior roles at Proofpoint with responsibility for financial strategy, corporate planning, M&A, and investor relations. Previously, he worked at HP, Merrill Lynch, and JP Morgan. Manish has an MBA in Finance from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from IIT, India.

Rajiv Taneja

Executive Vice President, Engineering

Rajiv has extensive experience in senior executive engineering management roles, building and leading global teams at a range of technology companies. Prior to joining Exabeam, as vice president of Engineering at Cisco’s Networking & Security Group, Rajiv led a global software engineering team of more than 650, including managing senior leaders in the U.S., India, and China. He has held executive engineering roles at IGT, Silver Spring Networks, and Motorola. Rajiv has a MS in Management Science from Stanford University and a BS in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Jeff Romano

Chief Customer Success Officer

Jeff Romano leads all post-sale customer service functions for Exabeam, including renewals, customer success, global support, professional services, education, and partner enablement. Jeff’s mission is to provide a seamless experience from onboarding through renewal, and to ensure the customer receives value from the Exabeam platform. A veteran of the software industry for more than 25 years, Jeff was most recently the Senior Vice President of Global Services for UCaaS leader 8x8, where he led his organization through a transformation to a global enterprise support model. Prior to 8x8, he held executive positions in the customer services organizations at ModelN, Birst, Navis, Portal Software (acquired by Oracle), and PeopleSoft. He began his career as a Technical Consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Price Waterhouse (now IBM Global Services). Jeff has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
