Kevin T. Conroy is President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Exact Sciences. In 2004, he joined Third Wave Technology where he was the company’s General Counsel. From 2005 to July of 2008, Mr. Conroy served as Third Wave’s President and Chief Executive Officer until their acquisition by Hologic. Prior to joining Third Wave, Conroy served as Intellectual Property counsel at GE Healthcare. Before joining GE Healthcare, Conroy was Chief Operating Officer of two early stage, venture-backed technology companies in Northern California. Prior to those positions, he was an Intellectual Property litigator at two Chicago law firms: McDermott Will & Emery; and Pattishall, McAuliffe, Newbury, Hilliard and Geraldson, where he was a partner. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Michigan State University, as well as a Law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.

Scott Coward is a Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary at EXACT SCIENCES CORP. He has worked as Managing Partner, Raleigh, NC at K&L GATES LLP; Partner at Smith Anderson; and General Counsel at Blue Rhino. Scott attended University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill until 1986 and Columbia Law School until 1989.

Graham Lidgard is a Co-Founder at MATRITECH, Co-Founder at MZT Holdings Inc, and Senior Vice President R&D and Chief Science Officer at EXACT SCIENCES CORP and is based in Madison, Wisconsin. He has experience at Ciba-Corning Diagnostics and has worked as Senior VP:Research & Dev at Nanogen Inc; Vice President at GEN PROBE INC; and Program Manager; Manager, Business Development and others at Ciba Corning Diagnostics Corp. Walpole, MA. Graham studied at University of Manchester between 1967 and 1970 and University of Manchester between 1970 and 1973.

Jeff Elliott is a Chief Financial Officer at EXACT SCIENCES CORP and is based in Madison, Wisconsin. He has worked as Senior Business Analyst at walgreen, Senior Consultant at Capgemini, and Board Member at EXAGEN INC.. Jeffrey attended Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1996 and 2000, University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, and University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 2005 and 2007.

Dr. Limburg holds the academic rank of Professor of Medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and serves as Chief Medical Officer for Exact Sciences. He is also Co-Leader of the Cancer Prevention and Control Program in the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center. Dr. Limburg has served on several enterprise-wide committees at Mayo Clinic, including the Management Team and the Clinical Practice Committee.

With respect to his research activities, Dr. Limburg is Principal Investigator for the Cancer Prevention Network, an international, multicenter clinical trial consortium funded by the U. S. National Cancer Institute. His primary research interests include screening innovation, cancer chemoprevention, and molecular epidemiology. To date, Dr. Limburg has published over 130 peer-reviewed articles and 19 book chapters.

Dr. Limburg has received numerous awards and honors throughout his career, including a Cancer Prevention Laurel for Dedication to Community Programs from the Cancer Research and Prevention Foundation of America, a Career Development Award from the National Cancer Institute, and the Karis Award from Mayo Clinic. Dr. Limburg is widely recognized for his clinical, research, and leadership contributions in the field of cancer prevention.
