Position Overview
The Supervisor of Genetic Testing Coordinators (GTC) is responsible for understanding the general clinical testing processes and laboratory procedures. She/he is trusted to understand the nature and scope of Clinical Testing issues and is given the latitude to devise and implement solutions to problems.
Essential Duties

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Associate Director - Medical Science Liaison (MSL) who specializes in cardiovascular medicine, within Johnson & Johnson Medtech Electrophysiology. In this role you will be driving key initiatives in KOL engagement, advisory boards, research, publications, medical education, and field intelligence between our Scientific Affairs team and the academic/non-academic surgical community.
This is a business-critical role that requires a combination of both commercial/field/business acumen and Med Affairs/Clinical Affairs background. Key responsibilities include developing and nurturing strong relationships with key option leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals, identifying unmet needs/scientific gaps in medical research/clinical practice paradigms and cross functional collaboration with internal partners to deliver field & medical insights. * Act as a scientific authority in cardiac electrophysiology, providing medical and scientific education to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Position Overview
The Senior Packaging Engineer, Manufacturing Sciences role will lead design and development of packaging for commercialization of new Exact Sciences' products through the design transfer process, as well as manage changes to existing products. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining the packaging design and packaging validation programs, utilized across Exact Sciences locations, compliant with packaging laws, industry-recognized standards and test methods (ASTM, ISTA, ISO, USP, etc.). Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
Packaging Design - Lead packaging strategy on projects, working with internal and external stakeholders to develop packaging designs, materials, and processes for new products.

Position Overview
The Lead Business Development Consultant takes a lead role in the identification and pursuit of strategic business opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances, joint ventures, and licensing agreements that fit within the overall corporate strategy, business plan, and product portfolio. Essential Duties

* Identify potential business deals by monitoring publications, announcements, and market trends, attending events, and through contact with potential partners; respond to inquiries and explore opportunities.
* Screen potential business deals through analysis of internal priorities, corporate strategy, market dynamics, deal requirements, and financials.

Reporting to the Executive Director, US Commercial Learning and Development, the individual in this role oversees the development of all training curriculum, provides expertise in the implementation and sustainment of the program, and provides mentorship and development to a team of therapeutic area training managers.
This is a U.S based (remote) position that will require up to 25% travel.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning and development programs for the U.S
- Lead and guide new hire orientation, onboarding and knowledge/skill-based training
- Design, develop and deliver employee development programs with HR Business Partners
- Partner with management to define training needs through determination of knowledge gaps and needs assessment
- Actively seek out new, cutting edge technology to further improve training initiatives and build efficiency
- Stay abreast of and leverage Gilead best practices, and industry best practices
- Support process for evaluating training effectiveness; revise training and/or training plan as needed
- Identify, develop and deploy appropriate learning mechanisms to include: instructor-led, and web-based acknowledge training
- Drive strategic management of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Incorporate motivating, creative, and interactive training techniques to enhance the training experience, in an effort to maximize learning and retention
- Formulates management development criteria, programs and management training across all therapeutic areas
- Partner with senior members of various internal departments to ensure that Learning and Development understands the strategic vision of the departments
- Use broad strategic thinking to analyze the characteristics of the business environment and the challenges to developing training needs
- Analyze the return on investment for training expenditure in areas of concentration, and make changes to ensure training remains relevant and valuable to the business
- Partner with other regional commercial operations function leads to establish highly strategic plans and objectives
Knowledge & Skills
- 12+ years of work experience with Bachelors degree out of which 10+ years of total experience related to training, sales and sales management in the biotech or pharmaceuticals industry, including 3+ years of experience in commercial training
OR 10 + years of relevant experience with a master's degree
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills in order to lead, interact with, focus, resolve conflict and drive consensus among individuals from a variety of cultures and disciplines
- Must possess in-depth negotiating, influencing and consulting skills and proven project management skills
- Proven curriculum development and instructional design skills
- Fundamental understanding of business strategy and how to link HR initiatives to business initiatives
- Be able to work independently and have the ability to manage multiple projects
- Expert with web-based training tools and high level technical & computer skills
- Understanding of learning principles and application in a technical business environment
- Experience in the learning design and development process required
- Medical or clinical background is a plus
- Experience in HIV, HBV and HCV is plus
- High proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Advanced degree is preferred (MS, MBA or Doctorate).

The salary range for this position is: $191,250.00 - $247,500.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
