Marshall Votta is the Chief Growth Officer at ExactCare. Previously, he was a Market Development at Integrated Home Care Services, Inc.

Since joining ExactCare in 2013, Tony has been a guiding force in the company’s growth and expansion, both within IT and across functions. His leadership has helped ExactCare navigate the challenges of intensely rapid growth, driving infrastructure enhancements in areas that include operational and business process design, technology, analytics and patient engagement.

Notably, Tony has lead the design and implementation of a custom-engineered pharmacy automation solution, cloud-based CRM software, and a robust platform that effectively brings the pharmacy into the patients’ home - all of which have transformed ExactCare’s operations. Additionally, he spearheads the continuous development and launch of completely integrated applications, such as a personal medication assistant for patients and a streamlined workflow for health care partners.

Prior to joining ExactCare, Tony worked in the IT innovation space for more than 13 years in various functional, technical and leadership consulting roles at Accenture Consulting. He has a vast range of global implementation experience supporting clients that include Cisco Systems, EMC, Philips Healthcare, Redhat, Underwriters Laboratories and the Department of Homeland Security.

In 2016, Tony was recognized among the top technology executives in Northeast Ohio as a member of the Crain’s Cleveland CIO of the Year class. The work accomplished under his direction also earned ExactCare a 2019 Cleveland Technology Award from Smart Business. Tony holds a BSBA with a focus in Management Information Systems from Ohio University.
