A lot of good people on the manufacturing floor
Management is an absolute travesty. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing...
The benefits package is ok
I don't.
the company culture would improve if all middle management and up was culled.
Apply then forget you did when they finally call you back 3 months later.
They have "competitive" wages as they say.
they force diversity to the point they push unqualified people into positions for "equity"
quitting time.
Security of staying in same position forever. Lots of favoritism. Nepotism central - get to work with lots of family members who move up and get promoted
No inventory. Recalls. Returns. Company owned by an equity investment firm.
Yearly increase in out of pocket costs for medical benefits. Nonexistent bonus each year
