Wears approved uniform while on duty, including nametag. 5. Create a nurturing and safe environment by reporting suspicious activity that may lead to child abuse or may violate the code of conduct. Keep supplies organized, maintain and clean facility and care for equipment. 6. Maintains cleanliness of all selectorized and free weight equipment. A. Responsible for the care, returning, and storage of all equipment. B. Fills all bottles and changes towels in fitness center when needed. C. Records all maintenance duties in proper logbook. 7. *Exercise sound judgement in relationship to member safety and injuries. 8. *Follows all emergency procedures and is able to administer CPR and First Aid. 9. Takes responsibility for certain housekeeping duties as directed and required. 10. Attend all staff meetings, in-house trainings, demonstrations and special promotions as designated by supervisor. 11. Control occupancy and traffic flow on all equipment. 12. Must be knowledgeable about and able to enforce wellness floor policies and practices. 13. Personal workouts are encouraged but must be scheduled during off duty hours. 14. Notify your supervisor two days or more in advance if you are going to be absent.
