What we are looking for:
We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to spearhead the next stage of growth for Dynamic. This is a quota carrying, hunter-focused role with revenue as the North Star metric via driving adoption of Dynamic across a wide greenfield territory of applications and chains, across projects and companies. Position Summary:

County Courts. TASC Case Manager will provide direct services and referrals based on identified needs of
the individuals enrolled into C-VCSP services. TASC provides screening, assessment, referrals and case

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Screen, assess, evaluate, facilitate, and monitor individuals progress in relationship to established goals and objectives
* Gather information from Circuit Court Clerk docket (CCC Portal System), and failure to appear information as available.
* Provides referrals for the individuals identified needs

Division Overview: The Corrections Transition Programs (CTP) is a statewide network of clinical reentry management services with the overall purpose of increasing opportunities for successful reentry outcomes. CTP provides specialized case management services to help people prepare to return to their families and communities after incarceration. CTP works both inside prisons and in communities to provide reentry support, including, but not limited to, behavioral health referrals, public benefits enrollment, finding employment and housing resources, and obtaining state IDs and vital records.

Position Summary: The primary purpose of the Director of Operations is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Corrections Transition Programs in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Chief Operating Officer, to assure that the needs of our clients are met/maintained on an individual basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate with the Executive Management Team on an annual basis to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate division performance goals and objectives.
* Effectively and efficiently manage the overall, day-to-day operations of the division including the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of division programs, policies and procedures.
* Coordinate data collection for divisions programs; upload divisions program outcome data into the agencys monthly KPI report in a timely manner; and utilize program and financial data/reports to analyze division operations, evaluate performance and determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, and policy/procedure change.

Qualifications:

Division Overview: The Development Department has primary responsibility for identifying, cultivating, and acquiring donors, funds, and in-kind resources to support and sustain TASCs mission work. Fundraising activities include government and foundation grants, corporate sponsorships, planned giving campaigns, individual donations, special events, and fee-for-service contracts.
Position Summary: The Senior Director of Development is responsible for overseeing, planning proactively, and successfully executing a comprehensive fundraising and business development program for our organization. This role plays a key leadership role in ensuring that we fulfill our mission, establish a values-based culture, and achieve financial goals. The Senior Director manages a Development team, including a Director of Grant Development, to drive success and sustainability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Partnerships & Community Relations to design and execute annual fundraising strategies
* Develop, optimize, and monitor standard operating procedures for efficient operations
* Direct the implementation of the annual development plan and strategies for fundraising growth

We are currently looking for full-time Supervisor
Starting at $50,000 - $55,000 contingent upon experience, education, etc.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supervisor will provide the overall leadership of assigned programs including the program management, clinical supervision, personnel, and day-to-day operations of the assigned programs and services for the agency; including: information systems, and office management. The Supervisor will ensure clients receive the highest continuity of care based on evidence-based research, treatment modalities, addiction intervention, AODA counseling, recovery support services and best practices by assisting in the development and implementation of, policies, and strategic goals of the agency and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that the needs of our clients are met/maintained on an individual basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist individuals in achieving service plan goals through direct services and coordination of behavior health, public agencies, and community resources.
* Provide assertive and continuous outreach activities related to direct services for participants
* Make referrals to all essential needed direct services: Substance abuse disorder treatment, recovery support services, housing, etc.
* Attend community events and conferences to provide education and awareness on law enforcement diversion and outreach to individuals with an opioid or substance use disorder.
* Conduct enrollment assistance for Medicaid with individuals who are without insurance when needed.
* Responsible for follow-up activities related to obtaining required for all participant needs.
* Develop effective working relationships with appropriate project staff and community partners, providers, police departments etc.
* Attend community events representing the program and TASC.
* Provide training on an ongoing basis related to the programs targeted goals and objectives and subject matter including naloxone administration & distribution.
* Work with participants with substance use disorder and assess their needs

Provide telephonic crisis management for members seeking behavioral health services.
Coordinate admissions and discharges for members requiring psychiatric admissions.
Provide telephonic follow-up for post-hospital and ER discharges.
Conducts clinical social work consultation. Performs clinical diagnosis, risk assessments, and crisis interventions.
Provides psychotherapy and counseling for individuals, families, groups, and/or Intensive Outpatient Programs. Utilizes a wide range of evidence-based interventions and modalities. Provides services such as crisis intervention, brief therapy, cognitive and behavioral therapies, skills training, supportive therapy, stress management, and family therapy.
Interview members and evaluate their psychological and mental status. Utilizes the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to diagnose patients.
