UPMC is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician, Associate to join their team a their South Surgery Center location in Bethel Park! UPMC South Surgery Center provides four operating rooms, each equipped with state-of-the-art technology, the services of anesthesiologists, nurse anesthetists, registered nurses, radiologic technicians, and operating room technicians, and preoperative patient care follow-up calls to assess patient satisfaction. The Pharmacy Technician, Associate provides pharmaceutical care to patients within the center by assisting with the sterile and nonsterile medication preparation, medication filling, and medication distribution. You will perform medication inspection process, inventory, procurement, stocking and Schedule 222 process at the surgery center. This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week. Weekdays, Daylight hours. No evenings, weekends, or holidays required! Previous experience as pharmacy technician is highly preferred!
