This position follows a rotating night shift schedule consisting of two 12-hour shifts (7:30 PM - 8:00 AM) and two 8-hour shifts, which may be scheduled either 7:30 PM - 4:00 AM or 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM. This role requires every other weekend as well as select holiday coverage. Join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work makes a meaningful impact every night! Night Program Guidelines: * As part of the program, participants with 6 months or more experience must commit to working all full-time equivalent (FTE) budgeted shifts as night hours. * Eligible participants will receive an additional $2 per hour night program differential, on top of their hospital's current off-shift differential, for night hours worked as part of the program. * Any additional worked day shifts (meetings, competencies) will be paid without the night program differential. * Employees who work rotating night shifts as part of their schedule, but are not participants in the night program, will not receive the differential.
