What You'll Do: Work closely with our residents to help them regain mobility, strength, and overall wellness through exercise programs. Encourage and motivate our residents during their exercises-your positive energy makes all the difference! Collaborate with our amazing therapy team to develop and implement restorative programs that make recovery enjoyable and effective. What We're Looking For: A compassionate and fun-loving personality Previous experience as a CNA, Restorative Aide, or similar (preferred but not required-we'll train the right person!) A positive attitude and love for helping others Flexibility, reliability, and a team spirit Ability to keep things light and upbeat even during challenging days! Certifications: Must be a Licensed State Tested Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Ohio with Restorative Aide experience.
