He is looking for opportunities at his home and in his community for recreation and socialization with support from staff. He is most successful with verbal assistance, and maintains independence with many tasks. He's seeking a reliable staff to assist him with opportunities to explore his community. Responsibilities may include: discussions on interests and hobbies, participating alongside him in chosen activities, monitoring for safety, working on his goal based activities. The individual is looking for a dedicated staff to assist her with maintaining her independence at home. The DSP will be providing her with respite over the Summer while she's out of school. The individual is a generally happy girl who likes to be social. The individual enjoys swimming in her pool, camping, playing with her toys, watching movies, and watching shows. The individual benefits from someone who can encourage her and is comfortable going swimming. Applicants must be okay with dogs as the individual owns multiple. He is interested in developing more skills to increase his independence, learning to make healthy lifestyle choices and spending more time doing what interests him. Responsible in this role will be you will be accompanying him in his home, going on walks, help him to practice independent living skills and participate with him in his hobbies of choice. You would also need to be able to assist him with daily personal care needs. such as changing, and hygiene assistance.
