Handle highly confidential materials such as performance reviews, compensation data, and executive communications with utmost professionalism. Collect, organize, and archive HR documents, including evaluations, incentive plans, and organizational charts. Provide administrative support to the Operations and Food & Beverage teams as needed. Perform additional ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned.
