About This Role
IGT is seeking a highly organized and proactive ExecutiveAssistant to provide dedicated support to the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations. This role serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership and manages complex administrative responsibilities including meeting coordination, travel planning, purchase requests, department budgeting, organizing Reno site events, and enabling efficient operations across Supply Chain Operations. Based on site at IGT's Reno location, this position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and support initiatives that have a global business impact.
* Maintain and coordinate complex calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings and business activities.
* Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including email, phone calls, mail, and voicemail; respond to complex and urgent inquiries professionally.
* Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports; prioritize and respond to email inquiries on behalf of the Senior Vice President as appropriate.
* Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed notes, distribute action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
* Organize internal and executive-level meetings, including logistics, presentation materials, and catering.
* Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
* Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
* Compile, analyze, and present data for reports, dashboards, and executive presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
* Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
* Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate equipment upkeep in partnership with office administration to ensure a professional work environment.\

Qualifications
* Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $44,990/yr - $96,845/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses . In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Job Description
The University of Nevada, Reno is recruiting for an ExecutiveAssistant to the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts. This position supports the Dean through a combination of project management and high level administrative and relationship support functions.

Position Summary

Coordinate and schedule SEMSA Board monthly meetings as directed by the SEMSA Chairman of the Board.
Participates in compiling the data/document collection for company accreditations and RFPs.
Provide administrative support services, including but not limited to, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining official files/records. Provide administrative support services for the needs of the organization.
Run the requested meetings, ensure participants have the agenda one day prior to the meeting, test the computer to ensure the virtual meeting does not have technology issues at least 10 minutes before the meeting. Take meeting minutes for each meeting where minutes are requested by Management. These minutes need to be maintained on the shared company drive and shared with appropriate leadership.
Understand the organization and operation of SEMSA and appropriate outside agencies as necessary to assume assigned responsibilities.
Maintain the SEMSA Company Policy Manual. Work with leadership when changing a policy, update the shared drive and provide pdf to the manager to send to employees.
Responsible for monthly SEMSA Birthday Cards/Gift Cards.
Responsible for purchasing, distributing and logging SEMSA recognition gift cards to distribute to requesting manager(s).
Purchase office supplies as needed/requested. Items must be purchased using the current purchasing policy established by the Accounting Department.
Responsible for Office space management. Work with building management to schedule needed repairs.
Participate in maintaining and updating company phone/email/websites lists/sites. Work with IT Management to keep organizational contact information current.
Act as one of the company's Notary Public.
Have knowledge of methods and technique of statistical and administrative data collection and report preparation to include but not limited to: NorCal year-end reports and Sierra-Sacramento Valley EMS Agency Annual Renewal.
