The Executive Assistant to the CEO is the Chief of Staff for Kraig's time and focus. You will be the primary operational and administrative partner responsible for optimizing the CEO's bandwidth, managing highly confidential company and personal matters, and serving as a diplomatic liaison between the CEO, the leadership team (COO, CFO, CAO), the Board, and external partners (including M&A targets).
This role requires a leader who is humbly confident, deeply values Radical Honesty, and is relentlessly Solutions Driven. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where your proactivity directly impacts the company's long-term success, this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities (The Core Focus)
Strategic Time Management & Gatekeeping: Serve as the primary filter for the CEO's time, owning a complex calendar that spans internal operations, strategic planning, investor/M&A meetings, and personal commitments. This requires superior judgment and a deep understanding of corporate priorities.
Operational & Board Liaison: Prepare and compile comprehensive materials for Board meetings, executive team meetings, and investor presentations. Record meeting minutes for the Executive Team, tracking action items and ensuring follow-through by responsible leaders.

Special Projects & Research: Conduct research, synthesize complex information, and create executive summaries on competitive intelligence, potential acquisition targets, and industry trends to inform the CEO's strategic decision-making.
What You Bring (Skills & Experience)
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives (CEO, President, or Managing Partner), preferably in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, or multi-site/multi-state service business.
The Right Mindset: A proactive, "anticipatory" style. You don't wait to be told what to do; you see the next two steps and take action with limited direction.
Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a proven ability to master new technology quickly. Direct experience with a comprehensive CRM like ServiceTitan or similar operational software is a strong advantage.
Unwavering Discretion: Proven ability to handle highly confidential financial, strategic (M&A), and personnel information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust tone and style when interacting with technicians, customers, C-Level executives, and financial partners.
Why Edelman? (Our Value Proposition)
Be a Growth Leader: This is a front-row seat to the execution of a billion-dollar growth strategy across multiple trades. Your work directly enables this vision.
Culture of Integrity: Join a team that is genuinely Radically Honest and Humbly Confident, rooted in faith and family values.
