Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings and appointments. Coordinate and prioritize appointments, ensuring the CEO's calendar is up to date.

Office Management: Manage and maintain our headquarters in Clifton, NJ. This includes keeping our kitchen and supply room stocked and ensuring the office is always presentable for client meetings. Research and manage office contractors as needed. Assist with office design projects as needed.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, vendors, and partners.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handle confidential matters with discretion.
