Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Owner of HPC. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role working closely with a busy executive who travels frequently. The ideal candidate brings a strong healthcare background, understands the language of payers and providers, and is comfortable moving between executive-level conversations, detailed logistics, and event coordination. You'll manage a complex schedule, coordinate domestic and international travel with our travel partner, support meetings, oversee select operational tasks (vehicle licensing, shipping), and help plan conferences, trade shows, and company events.
