* Serve as backup for associate relations manager (ARM) when needed
* Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and HR events
* Maintain invoicing, including setting up vendors, confirming expense accuracy, and processing checks and invoices
* Set up DOT physicals
* Enter arrival times of routes in system
* Create team wear orders
* Receive and account for fuel in system
* Send out tolls to be paid
* Work on special projects as requested
