Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a true strategic partner and right-hand to the Founder, acting as gatekeeper and liaison across all areas of the business
Manage a complex and frequently shifting calendar, including daily check-ins, real-time updates, and end-of-day summaries
Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements
Partner closely with the Founder's clinical and executive teams to align schedules, priorities, and communications
Organize internal meetings, take detailed minutes, and track action items across ongoing projects
Build and maintain systems and processes to improve workflows and operational clarity
Conduct research and due diligence on individuals, companies, and ideas related to the Founder's projects and partnerships
Assist in managing the Founder's digital presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Substack, and Instagram
Provide presentation support for high-profile speaking engagements and advisory work
Support the execution of curated events, dinners, salons, and immersive retreats
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and adaptability at all times
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive, ideally in a high-growth, high-performance environment
Extremely tech-savvy and systems-oriented; familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Signal, WhatsApp, Evernote, Superhuman, LinkedIn, and ChatGPT
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and evolving priorities with calm and confidence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional, concise, and thoughtful in all interactions
Emotionally intelligent, curious, and comfortable offering feedback or pushback when appropriate
Strong attention to detail and organizational rigor
Experience with calendar management, content coordination, and presentation support
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
Comfortable working in-office when the Founder is local and supporting remotely when he travels

Salary Range:
$140,000 - $160,000

The expected starting salary range for this role is $78,800-$120,900 per year

Senior Executive Assistant
We're looking for a Senior Executive Assistant, someone who anticipates needs before they're spoken and thrives in the pace of a high-growth startup, to support leadership at Clerk Chat. You're not just a traditional EA; you're a force multiplier who has operated in fast-moving environments, managed complex priorities, and built systems that scale.
You understand that in a startup, context shifts faster than calendars update. You can triage competing priorities without being told which matters most and know exactly when to protect time versus when to interrupt. You don't just manage chaos-you create calm from it.
What you will do:
Move at "founder speed"-anticipate needs, solve problems, and clear obstacles before they slow down leadership
Manage complex, ever-changing calendars across time zones, balancing investor meetings, customer calls, and internal priorities
Own end-to-end travel coordination, board prep, and executive communications with zero dropped balls
Build and optimize operational systems-from expense management to document organization-that scale with the company
Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between leadership and internal teams, investors, customers, and partners
Handle confidential information with absolute discretion while maintaining strong relationships across stakeholders
Take on special projects that extend beyond traditional EA scope-research, vendor negotiations, event coordination, and more
What you will need:
6+ years supporting C-level executives, ideally in a fast-paced tech or startup environment
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and make judgment calls independently in ambiguous situations
Exceptional organizational skills with obsessive attention to detail and follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication-you can draft executive-level correspondence and represent leadership professionally

Salary Range:
The annual base pay range for this role is: $130,000 - $180,000
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks.
