Accurately performs Medallion Signature Guarantees. Assists department management in reviewing and updating Arrowhead Credit Union as appropriate for accurate account maintenance and establishment. Provides feedback on department policies and processes to improve efficiency and service outcomes. Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues to the Account Administration department leadership.
