The Northrop Grumman Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant 3 to join our team of qualified and diverse leaders Colorado Springs, Colorado. As a staff augmentation program, Northrop Grumman's C2BMC team provides mission essential technical leadership to this vital operational system in defense of the homeland and strategic allies. Reporting directly to the Northrop Grumman Technical Director who also serves as the Portfolio Director, the Administrative Assistant provides a critical role in supporting both organizational and administrative requirements for the effective operations of C2BMC. This is an on-site position with no remote or telework option.
Roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Provide administrative support to program leadership in a fast-paced environment
Manage, integrate and maintain multiple Outlook calendars that span multiple company and government IT systems
Provide general support to visitors and customers
Request and coordinate in and out processing for Northrop Gruman C2BMC Personnel at all program locations
Coordinate, schedule, and deconflict meetings, attend various technical meetings to document discussions and track actions
Ensure appropriate meeting preparations are made (coordination of call in number, security coordination, catering requests, meeting materials available/printed as required, etc…) for both internal and external meetings
Order and maintain office supply inventory
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from Senior Directors, Vice Presidents, and government customers
Produce and edit correspondence and presentations; assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Independently coordinate and manage a variety of projects
Schedule meeting agendas internally and externally as assigned; coordinate & reserve offsite locations for large events, arrange catering & decorations, and manage all integration required for events
Builds successful working relationships with a diverse group of internal employees and external customers
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms as required
As necessary, provide Resource Control Board (RCB), onboarding, and offboarding support to National Team leadership
May require occasional business travel to C2BMC sites in Colorado Springs (CO), Huntsville (AL), or other locations for meetings or employee/customer engagements
Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Level 3: Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma and 4 years of related work experience
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills
Must have excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); up-to-date with advancements in office equipment and applications.

Summary:
The Colorado Springs World Arena owns and independently operates The Broadmoor World Arena,
the premier sports and entertainment venue in southern Colorado, and the adjacent World Arena Ice
Hall. The Arena is a 7,500-seat multipurpose facility and the Ice Hall, with two sheets of ice, is a US
Olympic and paralympic Committee-designed Olympic Training Site for the U.S. Figure Skating and
hold of The Broadmoor Skating Club. CSWA also operates, under contract with El Paso County, the
2,000-seat Pikes Peak Center for the Performing Arts, home of the Colorado Springs Philharmonic
Orchestra.
In coordination with and at the direction of the Senior Operations Manager and/or higher authority,

purchasing, personnel concerns, and organizational assistance for the Broadmoor World Arena, Ice

Our client has retained us to hire Administrative Assistant in Colorado Springs. This position will be working 5-10/hours per week; covering vacations and sick days for other employees. Days of the week may vary.
Daily Responsibilities
1. Provide exceptional customer service via customer calls and walk-ins to the Mesa Conservation Center.
2. Support and manage event scheduling for multiple conference rooms that are used very frequently across all organizational divisions;
3. Provide administrative support to Infrastructure planning staff that includes processing PCards, Travel, Invoicing and scheduling for ~27 employees; and
4. Provide support for seasonal efforts at the CEC such as garden volunteers, efficiency events, educational presentations, etc.
5. This person would be located at the Mesa Conservation Center/Birdsall for approximately 5-10/hours a week.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated customer service experience; successful interpersonal skills that can uniquely work with customers representing many different walks of life.
