Position Overview:
The ExecutiveAssistant provides administrative support to the assigned Executives. Responsibilities:

Compensation
Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, and skills. The annualized base pay range for this role is: New York Metro Area: $120,000 - $135,000.

Job Summary:
The ExecutiveAssistant provides high-level administrative support to 5 executives. Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist with logistics when employees visit from other Verition offices.

Partner with HR to maintain and communicate office updates as necessary.
Required Experience/Skills:
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders, with previous financial services experience required.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, Zoom).

THE ROLE
