Key Responsibilities

About the role...
* Develop and execute the pre-opening culinary and stewarding strategy in harmony with our property, brand, and sustainability goals.
* Lead a diverse team with energy, ensuring the delivery of Good-Natured Service aligned with 1 Hotels' Vision, Mission, and Compass.

Qualifications
About you...
* Passionate about food and a minimum of 7 years of similar work experience
* Expertise in menu concept and design, with high level of detail in quality and presentation
* A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
* An expert in culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
* Prior experience in scheduling, labor costing, payroll administration and production control
* Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
* Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

We are looking for talented, experienced line cooks and sous chefs who have a passion for helping people. Friend That Cooks Personal Chefs is a company built on taking care of its clients by providing in-home custom healthy meals, and taking care of its chefs by offering weekday hours, excellent benefits and creative freedom.
