JOB SUMMARY
Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. General Description
San Angel Inn LLC. Is the company responsible for operating and managing all of the food and beverage operations at Epcot's Mexico pavilion, including 2 full-service restaurants, a quick-service restaurant, a tequila bar and a margarita kiosk.
