PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Minimum Requirements
Knowledge normally acquired through a high school education with course work in word processing, typing, shorthand, and grammar; five to eight years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive University work experience in maintaining account ledgers, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software; editing, composing correspondence, taking dictation; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Rural and Small Cities Program, a key new program at the Public Finance Initiative (PFI) that aims to shift patterns of disinvestment by building the capacity of states, counties, cities, towns, and other governments serving communities under 100,000 residents to unlock public finance resources and consider how to strategically integrate philanthropic investments. Experience working with Word, SharePoint and Smartsheet.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Willing to travel and work on-site as necessary (less than 5%).
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Experience with Q360.
Experience in any of the following industries: AV systems integration, construction, or accounting.
