Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with VARs and Solution Integrators to drive mutual growth.
Execute prospecting strategies to identify and engage new partners within the VAR and Integrator ecosystem.
Represent Fidium at industry tradeshows and events to build brand presence and generate leads.
Engage in field sales activities, including client meetings and on-site visits, to strengthen partnerships.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent activity and funnel growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver complex network solutions tailored to partner needs.
Execute NDAs, MSAs, and other contractual agreements to enable large-scale opportunities.
Utilize Salesforce for CRM and pipeline management; familiarity with Connectbase is a plus.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and activity metrics.

Originally named the Andrew Drumm Institute, Drumm Farm Center for Children was established in 1919 by prominent Kansas City businessman, Major Andrew Drumm, as a home and working farm for orphaned and impoverished boys. Drumm left his estate to establish the organization, which has transformed over the years and evolved to serve boys and girls in foster care, but the mission has never wavered from helping children build successful lives.
Today, Drumm Farm Center for Children consists of ten family homes that provide foster care (HOME) with a focus on keeping sibling groups together and providing a pathway to a forever home placement. Additionally, Drumm's Transitional Housing Program (TLP) provides 31 apartments for young adults experiencing homelessness (COMPASS) as well as community-based services (STREET OUTREACH) for young adults who are homeless in eastern Jackson County, Missouri. Drumm offers a host of services for children and families to help them overcome emotional, physical, financial, educational, and housing challenges. Drumm maintains a small farm that grows produce, raises livestock, and operates a seasonal Market as a means of providing work opportunities for youth.
The organization employs a total of 37 full and part-time staff, including administrative, clinical, and educational professionals. Program components include the Home Foster Care program, the Compass program (housing for young adults experiencing homelessness), Street Outreach Services, the Farm and Market, and Counseling, Education, and Case Management services. In 2024, the Drumm Farm Center for Children served 256 children, youth, and young adults. Take full responsibility for the financial performance of the company, overseeing the financial analysis of individual restaurants and the district, and making recommendations for improvement.
Manage all aspects of the restaurant's EBITDA, including budget planning, management, and performance.
Analyze business trends and financial data to assess and improve performance, both operationally and financially.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit management experience with a proven record of success.
Strong knowledge and skills in analyzing profit and loss statements and the overall financial performance of the company.
Proficiency in staffing with a track record of achieving results.
Familiarity with labor laws.

The Platte County Community Center South - YMCA is part of a dynamic countywide YMCA partnership, working in close collaboration with Platte County Community Center North (Platte City) and Riverside to strengthen youth development, promote healthy living, and advance social responsibility across the entire county. Position Summary
The ExecutiveDirector oversees all daily center operations, drives strategic growth, and serves as the face of the community. This leader is accountable for membership growth, financial performance, community partnerships, program innovation, and delivering an exceptional member experience aligned with the YMCA of Greater Kansas City's mission and values. Responsibilities
* Lead all center operations at Platte County Community Center South and the Riverside Community Center, including membership, programs, fiscal management, facilities, philanthropy, and associate development.
* Recruit, develop, and support a diverse volunteer advisory board that advances community engagement and philanthropic goals.
* Build strategic partnerships with civic organizations, local businesses, neighborhood leaders, and elected officials.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality, member-focused programs that drive engagement, retention, and community impact.
* Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure resources support strategic priorities.
* Foster a culture of excellence and innovation that strengthens member experience and supports association goals.
* Ensure safety, facility quality, compliance, and adherence to all YMCA policies and procedures.
* Represent the YMCA at community events, meetings, and activities to elevate visibility and strengthen partnerships.
* Travel across the region and participate in evening, weekend, and occasional after-hours activities to support operational needs.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Minimum five years of progressive management experience; YMCA or nonprofit leadership preferred.
* Proven success leading teams, coaching leaders, and developing staff talent.
* Demonstrated experience in membership, customer service, program operations, community engagement, and/or fundraising.
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and public speaking skills.
* Ability to analyze data, drive performance metrics, and implement strategic plans.

What We Are Looking For

Proven ability to drive operational excellence while delivering exceptional patient experiences.
