The Director, Estate & GiftPlanning is a part of a team who raises 24% of the organization's revenue and is the number one revenue source. The Director, Estate & GiftPlanning builds, cultivates, and steward relationships with planned giving prospects and donors as well as estate and financial planning professionals to secure and retain plannedgifts that support the life-saving work of the organization.
This is a permanently remote position in Cincinnati,Ohio.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director of Estate and GiftPlanning is expected to meet defined performance standards. This includes engaging with prospects, donors, and professional advisors through in-person meetings (200 personal visits per year), phone calls, and occasional virtual conversations. The Director will share information and materials about the American Cancer Society's planned giving program and our life-saving mission. Additional annual goals include conducting 42 solicitations of $10,000 or more and securing 24 plannedgift commitments.
Grow and manage a portfolio of qualified, active prospects through various stages of moves management (identification, cultivation, solicitation,execution and stewardship).
Attain annual targets for: personal visits with prospects, donors, and/or financial advisors; plannedgift proposals delivered; and new plannedgift commitments closed in support of the Society's mission.
Utilize Salesforce to track, qualify and report prospect, donor and advisor contacts and progression through stages of moves management.
Actively collaborate with major gift (and other) colleagues to leverage opportunities to expand blended gift proposals and cultivate additional planned giving prospects.
Remain current on various estate and gifting techniques/vehicles, applicable tax law, and charitable giving trends.
Remain knowledgeable about the Society's life-saving work in the areas of cancer research, patient support, prevention information/education, and detection and treatment.

FORMAL KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience in nonprofit fundraising, or equivalent experience in nonprofit networking/relationship building.

The salary range is between $91,500 and $111,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Study Design & Protocol Development

Manages Executive Level (C-Suite) relationships and negotiates high risk solutions.
Develops ongoing relationships with targeted accounts/territory with customer executives to ensure Enovis is considered as a strategic business advisor to the customer's organization.

Works with new and existing accounts to establish and maintain customer relationships and secure volume.

Compliantly engages Medical Affairs resources to support optimal product access across assigned region/accounts.
Maintains knowledge of third-party payor regulations including Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Workers Compensation, and non-governmental payers to ensure Enovis conducts its Revenue Cycle Management activities in compliance with applicable rules, policies, and guidance.
Demonstrates commitment to the Compliance & Ethics Program, the Enovis Code of Conduct, the Enovis Sales and Marketing Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics, and all supporting and applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
Adheres to all internal Corporate Compliance guidelines, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures, and privacy and security standards in accordance with government agencies, including HIPAA requirements.
Treats Protected Health Information (PHI) with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
Acquires a basic understanding of the field to include regulatory compliance issues and adheres to these guidelines.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of experience working in a healthcare related field required.
Experience negotiating pricing and contracts directly with Payors required.
History of achieving sales quotas and expanding customer relationships required.
Experience presenting to and calling on executive level (C-Suite) call points required.
Demonstrated success in working with Payors required.
Experience leading sales pursuit and/or customer engagement teams in a matrix environment.
Knowledgeable of healthcare provider budgets, operations, and industry drivers.
Understanding of computer system capabilities and provider software solutions to address process requirements.
Travel Requirements:
Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time.
Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required.
Position requires car and air travel on a routine basis.

Position Overview
The DevelopmentDirector will hold a full-time, 12-month position and report to the principal and school accountant. The DevelopmentDirector will be responsible for providing the leadership needed to create and implement a multi-level plan for engaging key stakeholders - including alumni, past and current donors, parishioners, and school families. This includes fundraising, donor cultivation, grant writing, special events, and stewardship efforts to ensure the financial sustainability and growth of St. Pius X School. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the alumni relations and developmentdirector include, but are not limited to:
Preparation of annual fundraising goals and objectives
Development and implementation of fundraising initiatives like capital and endowment giving, grants, and support special events, such as the annual “Gala of Giving” auction
Identification and cultivation of relationships with potential individual, corporate, and foundation donors
Implementation and management of alumni relations efforts
Management of the daily activities of development operations such as gift processing, acknowledgements, reminders, etc.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on giving for regularly-scheduled Finance Council meetings (last Tuesday, monthly)
Advance and communicate the mission of St. Pius X School to internal and external stakeholders
Other duties, as assigned, including availability for occasional evening and weekend events
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate will exhibit initiative, creativity, responsibility, flexibility and work well in a collaborative team environment while maintaining highly confidential information.
Bachelor's degree is required; advanced and degree professional development is strongly encouraged to remain current in best practices

This role will be responsible for driving the implementation and structure of Clinical Trial transformation initiatives that enhance clinical trial design operations and cross functional collaboration across a complex matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in clinical operations and a proven track record of implementing complex business and technical solutions within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
You will work closely with Global Development Operations, IT and local teams to ensure seamless integration of new Clinical Trial solutions, technologies, processes and tools in an efficient structured manner. This leader will collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross functional partners to align priorities manage interdependence,develop project structures and tools that deliver optimized trial solutions. You will be accountable for monitoring workstream dependencies, risk management and progress utilizing key performance indicators and mitigating risks to ensure the success of transformation efforts.
In addition, you will create and provide input into the development of business cases for continued and ongoing solution development.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the implementation of global development transformation initiatives
Identify inefficiencies and recommend sustainable Clinical Trial solutions to improve operational performance.
