Job Summary:
The Assistant Program Director supports the Program Director in the leadership and operational execution of the Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) program, with specific emphasis on implementation and coordination of day-to-day academic and administrative activities. While not the final decision-maker, the APD plays a critical role in aligning curriculum, assessment, and accreditation efforts with program goals and regulatory standards. This position ensures continuity of operations by serving as a key liaison among faculty, staff, students, and external partners, and is prepared to assume program leadership in the temporary absence of the Program Director. The Assistant Program Director fulfills the responsibilities of a full-time assistant program director, with a teaching workload aligned to the expectations of the role and determined at the discretion of the Dean.
Essential Functions:
Collaborates with the Program Director and faculty to ensure academic and operational management in alignment with ARC-PA standards, institutional policies and goals, and the College's mission, vision, and values.
Provides guidance and coordination to Academic and Clinical Coordinators in the implementation and evaluation of designated program components, ensuring consistency with established curriculum frameworks, in coordination with the Program Director and curriculum committee.
Assists the Program Director in mentoring new and existing faculty, contributing to a collegial and supportive academic environment; participates in faculty onboarding and peer evaluation processes.
Collaborates on programmatic data collection activities and analysis related to program assessment, student outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives as outlined in the program's assessment plan.
Contributes to the preparation of accreditation documents (e.g., self-study reports, annual updates) and assists with logistics and documentation in support of ARC-PA site visits and interim reviews.
Participates in planning and execution of program operations in collaboration with the Program Director.
Maintains relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders to support student recruitment, clinical site engagement, and community partnerships under the direction of the Program Director.
Teaching, scholarship, service, and other expectations, as outlined for a full-time assistant program director/faculty member.
Provides academic advising to assigned PA students and contributes to the monitoring of student performance; assists in the development and implementation of individualized remediation plans when necessary.
Actively participates in the student admissions process through application review, interview facilitation, and recruitment events in alignment with program recruitment goals.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of Recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with a proven track record of sales growth
Extensive Construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience
Must be able to attend Business Development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week
Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
Experience utilizing Xactimate and other estimating software preferred
Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Strong knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration required
Strong business ethics, integrity, and the ability to perform in highly autonomous environments required
OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred

Responsibilities:
* Effectively represent the company and successfully interoperate with Airport Authority, TSA, CBP Airport Police etc., as appropriate.
* Meet with the client and stakeholders to ensure quality services, identify trends, and assure compliance with contractual requirements
* Effectively monitor and guide subordinate Airport Managers
* Directly manage and support station staffing/recruitment efforts in conjunction with our recruitment department
* Actively support business development in the region
* Actively support all station startups in the region
* Travel throughout the region and to management meetings nationwide as required
* Implement and support effective recruitment, staffing/scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
* Perform station/airport audits in conjunction with our training, compliance, and quality assurance departments
* Ensure all security functions are performed in accordance with TSA (Transportation Security Administration) regulations and corporate policies
* Ensure cost effective measures across all regional airport operations
* Ensure that Safeguarding is in place for all company equipment and vehicles.
* Understanding of P&L Financial Dashboard, and station economic state.
* Attend Broward Consortiums, MDAD Security, and GOAA Consortium meeting.
* Prepare for and attend monthly client performance meetings

Part 106, this position is the primarily responsibility for assisting the Director, Title IX & Compliance, Title IX Coordinator in coordinating the University's efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under Title IX, which prohibits sex discrimination in all operations of the University, as well as retaliation for the purpose of interfering with any right or privilege secured by Title IX. This position will provide oversite on both the main campus and health science campus.
This position is responsible for conducting inquiries, formal investigation for all allegations of sex discrimination or harassment from students, faculty, and staff. This position will assist the Director, Title IX & Compliance, Title IX Coordinator with policy and procedure development to ensure compliance with legal mandates and obligations and development of communication strategies. This position will also assist with development and implementation of Title IX training and education, including the development of training materials. This position may act as the Director of Title IX and Compliance authority in their absence.
In March 2013, Congress reauthorized the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) which amended the Clery Act and added additional compliance requirements surrounding educational programs and statistics involving dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. Title IX, VAWA, and the Clery Act efforts are often dependent on one another for proper administration of these laws and their regulations. This position is responsible for helping with administration of Clery Act compliance efforts on campus, when needed. This position will need to be aware of population-specific requirements, trends, and challenges involving sex, gender-based discrimination or misconduct as well as provide thought-leadership for continuing inclusion efforts.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/experience/licensing:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Legal, or related field is required. Master's Degree preferred.
* Three to five (3-5) years of supervisory experience is required.
* Seven to twelve (7-12) years of professional experience with 3 years specifically in a high-level compliance function, including conducting internal investigations
