Compensation Information:
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role is $88,000 -$98,667.
This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.

Assist with completing intake to determine applicant eligibility.
Become familiar with and follow federal regulations that are applicable to Legal Services Corporation (LSC) funding and other funder requirements as appropriate as well as ICLS's policies and procedures.
Participate in the Compliance Task Force and review closed cases for the Pro Bono Team for funder compliance issues.
Provide verbal and written translation for clients as requested, if applicable.
Communicate with clients, court officials and opposing counsel on behalf of the advocate, including phone calls, emails, and letters.
Assist with preparation, service and filing of court documents.
Maintain and protect highly sensitive and confidential case information.
Operate case file managing system; organize case files.
Organize the team's calendar and appointments; meet with clients to complete intake applications; prepare files and case records; upload and review mail; to assume delegated duties from the Pro Bono Team.
