About the Role
The Touching Hearts at Home Franchise Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the franchise office and strengthens franchisee relationships across the network. This role manages communication touchpoints, franchise documentation, event logistics, reporting, and general office operations to ensure franchisees feel supported, informed, and connected.
Key Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

Ensures that warranty is requested and received for all warrantable repairs. Ensures campaign completion when equipment is in for maintenance
Works with administrative staff to ensure bills are processed, fuel receipts and other paperwork are completed in a timely manner
Answers after-hours and emergency calls as needed, and coordinates vendors to complete repairs afterhours.
Develops a skills inventory for technicians and vendors and schedules appropriately skilled technicians and vendors to service work orders
Creates rental agreements and work orders in enrich
Uses Decisiv Tool to manage open work orders and repairs.
Provides support and backup for Rental Manager as needed:
Check out rental trucks and check them back upon return
- Respond to inquiries on rental availability
Coordinates movement of equipment between locations as needed.
