As the Executive Administrator, you will manage projects and activities for the Program Manager, senior staff, and SMEs; organize meetings and conference calls; review and manage documents; and write correspondence and other communications. You will take projects from start to finish and facilitate our communications processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

- Provide final review of USACE Aviation documents prior to public distribution
- Manage newsletters and other publications by working with writers, graphic designers, and printers

CACI seeks a talented individual to join our team as an Executive Program Manager, within the Operations and Support Services Sector.
**Position Summary:**
The Executive Program Manager shall be responsible for the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract consisting of multiple programs. Serves as a point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and the Contractor's senior management. Oversees the multiple program efforts in several areas, including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities. Provides oversight and leadership to contract Program Mangers ensuring cross team integration and efficiencies. Ensures proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract. Will utilize expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical/programmatic resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review programmatic documents. Will ensure the timely recruitment and training of program staff - both direct and indirect. Experience with Systems Engineering and/or Enterprise Architecture desired but not required.
**Position Requirements:**
+ Active TS/SCI with Poly
+ Fifteen (15) years of experience as a program/project manager managing a large contract >$100M.
+ Must have a PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management.
+ Must have demonstrated experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment is required.
+ Shall be knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFAR), DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
+ Must have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
+ Must have at least three years of demonstrated experience in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms (for example Earned Value Management).
