Manage a full recruiting desk for internal customers in the Digital Operations area
Responsible for sourcing, screening, setting up interviews, negotiating and rolling out offers and onboarding

The Executive Recruiter supports client groups of our Village's top business executives and will manage all aspects of the recruiting life-cycle for primarily Director and above-level positions throughout the enterprise (including Field and Atlas).
