Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
- Proactive in problem-solving -working independently and with a team
- Active listening skills -between the client and candidate
- Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent positions with top qualified candidates
- Proficient use of the company's database, and Recruiting tools
- Screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers

U.S. Analyst Program:
Egon Zehnder's U.S. Analyst Program is a program created for recent college graduates and early career professionals who are looking to join a global organization and work in a research and project management capacity. Analysts will engage in an intensive onboarding curriculum and a robust 18-month training and development program that are designed to build skills in the talent and executive search research process. Egon Zehnder offers analysts a unique opportunity to work directly on client assignments and interact with a diverse group of consultants and experts across the global firm while working in a stimulating, collaborative, and entrepreneurial professional environment. During their time in the program, analysts will develop as best-in-class experts and gain exposure to various industries and functions as they're given the opportunity to work across Egon Zehnder's different practice groups. After 18 months, successful analysts will move into more senior expert roles within the firm and be aligned to a practice group.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with experts and consultants on client mandates/assignments, projects, pitch preparation, and knowledge management
Work in conjunction with senior expert colleagues to help manage the project team throughout each search and drive process and solutions
Create high-quality client documentation (e.g., candidate profiles, role specifications, company mappings, etc.)
Identify, calibrate on, and prioritize potential candidates through the firm network, market research, and other resources
Conduct market research to shape approach to search and develop list of target companies
Attend and complete required training and development programs
