Key Responsibilities
Consultant Onboarding - Primary Responsibility
Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for all new consultants, ensuring each candidate is set up for success from acceptance to day one on assignment.
Serve as the main liaison for background screenings, compliance checks, and onboarding documentation, guaranteeing accuracy and timely completion.
Partner closely with recruiters, account executives, and the operations team to proactively address and resolve any onboarding challenges or delays.
Provide clear communication and timely updates to consultants throughout the onboarding journey, delivering a seamless and positive first impression of Tier4 Group.
Consultant Care & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants through regular calls, emails, and, when possible, in-person meetings - understanding their project work, environment, and career goals.
Develop and scale a new Consultant Care outreach program and associated processes that can be implemented company wide.
Act as the primary point of contact for consultants throughout their assignment, helping to identify and resolve issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Champion the Tier4 experience by striving daily to ensure every consultant has the best possible engagement from start to finish, including redeployment conversations and referrals.
Data, Documentation & Reporting
Own accurate and timely documentation of all consultant outreach within TrackerRMS (ATS/CRM) and Excel tracking sheets.
Maintain and report on weekly scorecard metrics, monthly/quarterly consultant contact summaries, and key insights to help drive program improvements.
Support data and reporting initiatives for the recruiting function and assist with technology adoption, training, and process documentation.
Serve as the TrackerRMS account administrator, ensuring clean data, user compliance, and system optimizations as needed.
Proposals
Create and develop Requests for Proposal (RFPs) from scratch to support business development and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a staffing, recruiting, HR, or operations support role (HR/Staffing industry experience is a huge plus).
Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems (experience with TrackerRMS a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Reporting to the Global Executive Search Team Leader, the Executive Search Team Administrator will collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and manage talent research reports, provide scheduling and sourcing support for a broad range of senior executive level roles.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
