Review and work with Merchandise and Sales Departments to ensure all marketing agreements are uploaded to SupplyLine/VFR. Recap and distribute internal communications for flyer proofing and Inventory Control planning meetings. Assist with special department projects as needed. SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES Required: High school diploma. Experience with and knowledge of the following software: Excel, Access, and Word. Experience in data entry and 10-key. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Must present a professional company image and positive attitude and be comfortable in a TEAM oriented environment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional ability to multitask and work under pressure. Ability to work with multiple departments effectively. Must be able to lift packages up to 40 lbs. Desired: Several years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Sales Specialist in a retail based store. Knowledge of promotions and sale implementation.
