Duties & Responsibilities Executive and Strategic Administrative Support: * Provide comprehensive administrative support to SVPs or equivalent leadership, including complex calendar management, coordination of executive priorities, preparation of briefing materials, and proactive management of deadlines. * Anticipate leadership needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure efficient daily operations within the unit. * Additional duties as assigned. Team and Administrative Oversight: * Provide functional guidance and oversight to administrative staff or student employees as applicable. * Assign work, monitor progress, support onboarding and training, and contribute to a collaborative administrative environment within the unit.
