In this role, you will partner with healthcare organizations to consult on population health-specific opportunities, helping to optimize solution adoption and drive continuous improvement in patient care and operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation & Relationship Management:
o Serve as the strategic lead for client engagements, working closely with healthcare executives, clinical leaders, and IT teams to drive adoption and utilization of the Oracle Population Health suite.
o Provide expert guidance on population health strategy, helping clients optimize workflows, improve patient outcomes, and enhance operational performance through technology solutions.
o Maintain and grow client relationships through ongoing support, acting as a trusted advisor for all aspects of the population health solution suite.
- Implementation Support & Strategy Alignment:
o Lead the population health strategy during the initial implementation phase, ensuring the Oracle suite aligns with client objectives and integrates effectively into their existing workflows.
o Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, clinicians, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth system deployment and alignment with population health goals.
o Oversee the successful implementation of Oracle solutions, ensuring that the system supports clinical and operational objectives while optimizing the patient experience.
- Opportunity Identification & Solution Expansion:
o Work with clients to continuously assess and identify opportunities for expansion and deeper utilization of Oracle Population Health solutions across the organization.
o Identify gaps or inefficiencies within the client's existing workflows and recommend additional solutions or features within the suite that can drive value.
o Conduct strategic assessments to evaluate where new modules, tools, or integrations can enhance care delivery, improve patient outcomes, or lower operational costs.
- Sustainment & Long-Term Client Success:
o Ensure the successful sustainment of the population health solutions after the initial implementation phase, providing ongoing consultation and support to maximize the client's return on investment.
o Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in solution adoption, driving engagement with new features, updates, and enhancements.
o Support identification of and then the tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that the implemented solutions are delivering the intended outcomes, such as end user efficiencies, improved care coordination, reduced readmissions, increased access and utilization, and enhanced clinical workflows.
- Training & Education:
o Lead educational sessions and workshops for client staff, ensuring teams are well-equipped to leverage Oracle Population Health solutions to their full potential.
o Collaborate with the training department to ensure comprehensive materials and resources are available for ongoing user education and engagement.
- Thought Leadership & Industry Expertise:
o Stay informed on trends and advancements in population health management, healthcare IT, and Oracle solutions to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients through presentations, white papers, and other media.
o Act as an ambassador for Oracle Population Health solutions, promoting the value of the suite in industry forums, client meetings, and at conferences.

+ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Health IT, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

**PRIMARY PURPOSE** **:** To investigate losses or claims internationally on any size National Account (Maintaining a minimum of five (5) national/international accounts with total combined anticipated revenue of at least $500,000) against insurance or other companies for personal, casualty, or property loss.

+ Handles complex losses locally unassisted up to designated authority; assists on larger losses, including handling accounting-based losses (business interruption and stock).

+ Maximize sales with existing customer, using the C&S programs and apply individual knowledge and experience in both retail and wholesale to increase sales and gross profit for our customer.
+ Establish and follow an escalation process to ensure the customer and the C&S partners are aware of all inventory issues that have the potential impact the business, and identify and implement process improvements to eliminate or minimize inventory issues that might negatively impact the business and track and report on results weekly in the following areas: Leftover Ad Inventory, Dead/Excess Inventory, Unauthorized/Reserve Inventory Management, Discontinued, Slow Moving and Close Coded Items.
+ Build working relationship with C&S regional staff and customer. Understand the obstacles and challenges from both sides in order to resolve issue and find solutions.
+ Individual store visits, weekly, monthly and quarterly to assist our customer in achieving and maintaining a business relationship with C&S including problem solving, negotiating, development of programs while securing integrity and trust between C&S and our customer.
+ Resolve issues relating to billing and weekly statements. Requiring the knowledge and the resources to find solution to customer financial questions
+ Coordinate and participate in scheduling and delivery issues. Work with Transportation to establish and adjust schedules, particular for seasonal and holiday changes.
+ Coordinate anticipated merchandise (Ad/TPR) needs between customer and C&S procurement team. Sales of new programs and services.
+ Understand and explain C&S programs and services to our customer's buyers/ representatives and conduct business reviews.
+ Assist retailer with ad layout, special advertising, and special events. Develop and coordinate the best practices for the retailer through working with the Ad Manager.
+ Coordinate store re-sets and new item procurement and placement for our customer. Sell special buy programs, such as shipper program, holiday candy, seasonal events, and holiday items.
+ Plan and suggest equipment replacement and upgrades, taking operation and financial matters into consideration, such as return on investment, appearance/placement, and profit.
+ Counsel our customers on the control of operating expenses, including payroll, inventory control, utilities, capital expenditures, and gross profit. Keep both the customer and C&S informed of competitive activities both locally and nationally.
+ Coordinate between customer and private label representatives, and between customer and manufacture/broker sales representatives.

Operations Coordinator
STATUS: Exempt
PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Operations Coordinator provides administrative, project, and data management support for the VP of Operations and the Operations Division. This role supports day-to-day operations at the Moiliili and Kosasa Family Campus, reporting, and cross-departmental initiatives that advance organizational effectiveness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/FUNCTIONS:
People Care. Ensuring internal and external patrons (employees, volunteers, Hawaiian Humane partners and community members) and their needs are a primary focus. Communication and contact must be clear, understandable, cooperative, professional and respectful in all circumstances and will occur face to face, telephone, and electronic mail. Employees are expected to actively support a positive team environment, directly address conflict with the goal of problem solving, and appropriately express concerns. This position interacts with and collaborates with employees and volunteers at all levels of the organization.
Customer Care. Deliver high-level customer service to Hawaiian Humane community members. Communicate with a diverse group of people in a consistently compassionate, informative, respectful, and professional manner. Manage emotionally difficult situations with strong communication skills and empathy.
Administrative Support. Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, presentations, minutes, and logistics for the VP of Operations and division's leadership as assigned. Anticipate upcoming needs, ensuring timely preparation of materials and coordination of deliverables. Maintain and support the development, revision, and tracking of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Project Coordination & Data Management. Coordinate ongoing and special projects under the direction of the VP, including research, workflow documentation, and process improvement initiatives. Design, build, modify, and maintain reports in PetPoint or other database systems. Provide basic statistical analysis and support data-driven decision-making for operational programs.
Inter-Division & External Coordination. Maintain current knowledge of relevant policies, programs, and operational priorities. Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives, team meetings, leadership gatherings, and morale-building activities. Represent the Operations Division at internal or external meetings as delegated. Partner with other departments to support seamless organizational operations.
Community Building Support. Uphold Hawaiian Humane's standards for best-in-class customer service and animal welfare practices. Support timely follow-up on community inquiries, special cases, and operational challenges. Assist with communications, triaging inquiries for the VP and preparing responses or escalating as appropriate.
OTHER DUTIES/FUNCTIONS:
Operations Support. Works with other departments within the organization to resolve issues of mutual concern and improve operations.
Other Duties as Assigned. May include organization-wide support as needed, including but not limited to participation in events, serving as spokesperson, fundraising, covering other operational departments, and Hawaiian Humane's role as a first responder to disasters.
JOB CONDITIONS:
