Money. Good pay. Overtime. Nobody cared about professionalism. Everyone looked like they got out of bed.

I do not believe that pink blue green hair are professional. Neither is studs in your face. Neither is tattoos that show. It's unprofessional and stupid. They want attention. Takes away focus on job duties.

Success in helping customers or the team.

NONE - not a good environment and no incentive to stay or do better

Everything : low pay, no raises then when you finally get one it's 35 cents after years of none, pile on more work but no more pay

NONE - they make you foot the bill for marketplace medical

Being someone who used to work there, they OVERWORK you and underpay you. Then expect you not to have a life outside of the office. Come in at 7:30 in the morning and leave anywhere between 5 and 10 PM. 5-6 days a week! No thank you! Never again!

Calm but fast paced work environment. No complications or anything and it seemed like they were supportive of me as an employee

Pay. Manager makes excuses not to give raises. They use women and minorities to give them low ball type pay.
