**Primary Purpose**
Role is considered to be the Career Level. Perform detailed analysis and prepare comprehensive reports to support business operations. Conduct complex modeling, forecasting, trending, variance analysis, business case development, and other general financial and operational analysis. Monitor and coordinate activities to manage operational performance (e.g., safety, reliability, service level, productivity, etc.). Research and provide statistical financial and operational information. Track, maintain, analyze and provide current information on the operation's business scorecard or key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop, organize and present performance reports for both internal and external use. Develop and conduct short-term and long-range business planning. May develop, implement, evaluate or lead projects or initiatives (e.g., business plan or process improvement initiatives). Provide broad analytical and operational support to the business unit.
**Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies** .
**Primary Duties**
+ Develop and conduct short-term and long-range business planning. Conduct complex modeling, forecasting, trending, variance analysis, business case development, and other financial and operational analysis (e.g., operational effectiveness, budget, resource, workload, workforce and capacity utilization, competitor, etc.).
+ Provide statistical information to ensure the most effective utilization of personnel, equipment and/or materials for business operations.
+ Monitor and coordinate activities to manage operational performance (e.g., safety, reliability, service level, productivity, etc.) and make recommendations for improvement.
+ Track, maintain, analyze and provide current information on the operation's business scorecard or key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Perform analysis of the operation's cost elements to ensure effective and efficient operations.
+ Prepare and analyze comprehensive and detailed reports.
+ Develop, organize and present detailed performance reports for both internal and external use.
+ May develop, implement, evaluate or lead projects or initiatives (e.g., business plan or process improvement initiatives).
+ Provide broad analytical and operational support to the business unit.
**Job Scope**
+ This is an individual contributor position that works independently with only general direction, relying on knowledge skills and judgment acquired through education and relevant experience to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. The position regularly mentors less experienced colleagues.
+ Position requires routine interaction with key internal and external stakeholders, executives, directors, managers and staff across the organization.
+ May require working extended hours and/or shift work to support business operations.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering AND 4-7 years of related business experience, or in lieu of degree, 6-9 years of relevant business experience is required.
+ Comprehensive understanding of applicable standards, methods, processes and practices, business fundamentals, and performance metrics in the specific functional area supported by this position (e.g., asset management, electric or gas operations, customer service, transmission and substation, distribution system operations, regulatory and external affairs, transmission operations and planning).
+ Advanced proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project), specialized business technologies and applications (e.g., workforce management, project management, PassPort, Brio, CIS, EPS, Business Objects, SAP planning, business modeling, forecasting, voice response unit, automatic call distributors, work management, outage management) to retrieve and analyze data in support of business needs.
+ Ability to provide in-depth analysis and apply managerial accounting concepts, customer intelligence gathering, forecasting, staff planning, scheduling, analytical and statistical problem solving, financial, accounting, business and budget analysis.
+ Demonstrated strong analytical skills for project evaluation including analysis of complex projects with economic, financial, risk and decision analysis. Proficient in business case development and ability to effectively present business cases to business unit leadership.
+ Customer driven with good oral and written communications skills and strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of performance analysis (trending, root cause and gap analysis) benchmarking and audit compliance. Ability to analyze organizational data and complex problems, interpret and recommend alternative courses of action, and implement intervention strategies to attain performance targets.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field.
+ Experience managing third-party evaluation, measurement, and verification (EM&V) processes for utility energy efficiency programs.
+ Strong understanding of M&V protocols (e.g., IPMVP, ASHRAE Guideline 14) and ability to interpret evaluation findings to inform program strategy.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience mediating between evaluators, implementers, and internal teams.
+ Professional certifications such as Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) are strongly preferred.
+ Regulatory Awareness Understanding of state-level energy efficiency policies, regulatory reporting requirements, and Technical Reference Manuals (TRMs).
+ Cross-functional Collaboration Experience working with internal teams such as engineering, implementation, regulatory affairs, and IT to align evaluation outcomes with program goals.
+ Portfolio-Level Thinking Ability to assess and communicate portfolio-wide impacts, trends, and opportunities based on evaluation findings.
+ Continuous Improvement Mindset Demonstrated ability to use evaluation insights to recommend program design enhancements and improve cost-effectiveness.
+ Utility Experience Prior experience working within or alongside a utility or public-sector energy program administrator is highly desirable.
+ Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) to validate expertise in energy efficiency and M&V principles.
+ Familiarity with IPMVP, ASHRAE Guideline 14, and Uniform Methods Project (UMP) protocols for interpreting third-party evaluation results.
+ Experience managing EM&V processes, including coordination with evaluators, implementers, and regulatory stakeholders.
+ Strong data literacy and ability to interpret evaluation findings, with working knowledge of Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
+ Project management skills certifications like PMP or CAPM are a plus for overseeing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.

TerraPower, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated I&C System Design Lead. This position reports directly to the I&C Safety System Design Manager. In this role, you will act as Lead I&C Engineer for Sodium Fast Reactor technologies, including responsibility for the instrument and control system design, prototype development and testing, plant level system integration, and commissioning. Key Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates must have experience in instrumentation and controls development, diagnostics, and implementation with a demonstrated ability to design and deliver industrial I&C platforms.
• Previous experience with nuclear reactor safety systems or nuclear instrumentation systems design.
• Familiar with IEEE 379, IEEE 603, IEEE 7-4.3.2, IEEE 497 and IEEE1012, desired but not required.

AS A VALUABLE CONTRIBUTOR TO OUR VISION, YOU WILL:
Own the network infrastructure: Set up and maintain network hardware and software assets.

SENIOR GIS Analyst
Responsibilities
PGW is seeking a Senior GIS Analyst. This role is suited for a well-rounded GIS professional who performs a wide range of GIS tasks within a cloud-hosted ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise environment. The individual is expected to work independently and will be responsible for designing data models, ensuring data quality, analyzing data patterns, automating data processing, and presenting data visualization results.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-time professional GIS experience, including at least one year serving as an administrator of an ArcGIS Enterprise environment, encompassing ArcGIS Portal and the ArcGIS Enterprise Geodatabase. The candidate should have strong experience with ESRI products such as ArcGIS Pro, Experience Builder, Dashboards, Survey123, and Field Maps. Proficiency in SQL and Python (including arcpy and the ArcGIS API for Python) is required.
This is a full-time, hybrid position, with the office located in Philadelphia, PA.
The expected annual salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000.
Works with PGW business users to provide GIS solutions to business processes and regulatory information requests. Analyzes spatial and non-spatial data, creates maps, apps, documentation, and reports for PGW business in ArcGIS Enterprise environment or any business-required formats. Designs and develops automated workflows using Python to integrate the cloud-based ArcGIS Enterprise environment with PGW on-premise systems, including the in-house work management system (AIMS) and CIS system, through modern APIs. Automates additional GIS workflows using Python, JavaScript or other scripting languages as needed. Writes and optimizes SQL statements against both GIS and non-GIS relational databases. Administrates ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, including managing services, maps, apps, users, groups, and licenses. Monitors ArcGIS Enterprise's performance and ArcGIS Online credit consumption. Administrates ArcGIS Enterprise Geodatabase, including managing data and users, assigning privileges, managing versions, performing maintenance, ensuring functionality and performance, and responding to database related issues. Works with PGW cloud maintenance vendor for software installations and updates. Works with PGW data maintenance vendor for punctual and accurate GIS data updates. Monitors vendor's data deliveries in enterprise geodatabase. Conducts Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA / QC) using ESRI Data Reviewer and Python. Edits and maintains PGW asset data in a versioned enterprise geodatabase using ArcGIS Pro. Processes real-time data from different sources using ArcGIS GeoEvent. Performs routing analysis using ArcGIS Network Analysis. Geocodes addresses automatically using ESRI Geocoder and/or Google Maps API. Follows GIS department's database, mapping, and scripting standards to perform tasks. Keeps up with new GIS technology and products.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Geography, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Information Systems and Technology, or other related field of study; Master's Degree or GIS Certificate is a plus. Minimum of 5+ years of full-time experience using the ESRI platform. Must have experience with ArcGIS Pro. Must have experience editing data in ArcGIS Pro. Must have experience administrating ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online. Must have experience publishing services, configuring web maps/apps, and using other ESRI products like Dashboards, Experience Builder, Survey123, and Field Maps. Must have experience administrating ArcGIS enterprise geodatabase (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.). Must have experience with Python, ArcPy, and ArcGIS API for Python. Must have experience with writing complex SQL. Must have experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ArcGIS Arcade, and ArcGIS API for JavaScript. Must have experience with modern APIs like REST API. Must have experience with Extraction, Translation, and Load (ETL) process. Experience with ESRI Utility Network or Geometric Network is a plus. Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus. Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic interpretation of drawings is a plus. A general understanding of the functional operations of a natural gas utility's Distribution and Field Service Departments and their interaction with Gas Processing, Transportation, Materials Management, Building Services, Customer Service, Marketing, and Operating Systems Support is a plus. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable in lieu of a degree.
