Coordinate any scheduling changes with the POC. Ensure that the instructional area is cleaned up at the end of each session, and that the area provided is left in the same condition as prior to the session. Not making any changes to the facility or equipment without prior written approval. Should the contractor desire to make a change; the Contractor shall present the proposed change to the POC in writing. The POC will respond to any such request in a timely manner, after receiving instructions from the Contracting Officer. The Contractor is responsible for setting up and taking down any instructional aids before and after each class. At no time distribute printed material or change scheduled dates and times without prior approval from POC. This is inclusive of delivering safe and effective formats in all class categories.
