About the opportunity Waypoint is seeking a Marketing & Communications Intern for the Spring of 2026. This is an unpaid internship where you can earn credits toward your college degree. This position works with Waypoint's Communication and Grant Team. Waypoint is a social service organization providing a range of services to more than 9,000 individuals each year. The work crosses the lifespan from support for babies with developmental delays to youth experiencing homelessness to home care for seniors. As an intern with Waypoint, you will be able to make a difference by contributing your social media, graphic design, information technology, and marketing skills. This opportunity is a fit for you if you are creative, curious, and interested in being part of a small team and getting wide exposure to all things communications. Projects may include: Creating flyers, social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing collateral using Canva Creating content, including video reels, for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Writing copy for emails, press releases, website, social media, newsletters, and other potential needs Analyzing web and social media analytics to assist Communications Team in making strategic decisions Assisting in gathering essential information for donor communication materials Copy-editing marketing collateral Assisting with website updates and troubleshooting website issues if experienced in this area Photographing events and program happenings Assisting with events as needed You can work hybrid from one of several of our locations throughout the state, or fully remote if that arrangement works best for you. We were founded in 1996 by a family seeking a cure for their daughter's pulmonary arterial hypertension( PAH). Today, we have six FDA-approved therapies that treat PAH, pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD) and neuroblastoma, a rare pediatric cancer. Our near-term pipeline seeks to develop additional therapies for PAH and pulmonary fibrosis (PF). The cure for end-stage life-threatening diseases like PAH, PH-ILD, PF, and many others is an organ transplant, but only a small percentage of donated organs are available to address the vast need. For this reason, we are working to create bio-artificial organs to address the shortage of kidneys, hearts, lungs, and livers available for transplant. We believe an unlimited supply of tolerable, transplantable organs will eliminate the transplant waiting list and cure end-stage organ diseases for which transplant is not currently an option. Who you are: This coop will run from January through July and requires a full 40 hours a week onsite in our Manchester, NH location. This Co-op will assist a project lead/scientist with in one of the following areas: Post-processing (e.g. washing, surface modification etc.) of 3D printed hydrogel scaffolds. Optimizing and performing peptide conjugation studies on 3D printed hydrogel scaffolds. Developing and optimizing analytical assays for quantification of peptides conjugated on 3D printed hydrogel scaffolds. Developing and performing assays to study peptide stability at multiple storage and sampling conditions. Coops are educational positions requiring basic knowledge and understanding of (bio)material science fundamentals, 3D printing processes, tissue engineering, and manufacturing to support research and development in production of 3D-printed lung scaffolds suitable for recellularization. Currently Seeking a full-time Medical Assistant Trainee - Starting Pay $ 18.36 Lamprey Health Care has partnered with Great Bay Community College in a Medical Assistant Training Program. The paid Medical Assistant training program includes eight weeks of classroom training with Great Bay Community College and four weeks of a clinical internship with Lamprey Health Care. Tuition will be paid by Lamprey Health Care. Successful completion of this program will require passing a final exam and demonstrating competency in selected skills. The clinical internship will include four weeks of training under the direct supervision of the Clinical Nurse Manager and a preceptor/mentor. Selected candidate must commit to 40 hours a week of a combination of classroom and on-line education for eight weeks. Program graduates will be prepared to work as a Medical Assistant at a Lamprey Health Care location for a minimum of two years. Responsibilities: Knowledge of provider patient schedule, prepares the day's team activities in an efficient, productive manner, and assists in maintaining timely visits by adequately preparing exam room. Conducts pre and post procedure vitals as required. Stocks exam/treatment rooms, reports any supply shortages, maintain adequate quantities to meet departmental demands; dispose of contaminated supplies and materials in the prescribed manner. Assists with answering telephones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, tests, or procedures, arranging referrals, and performing other administrative duties to meet the needs of patients, co-workers and the department while maintaining patient confidentiality. Uses the electronic health record to document clinical procedures in accordance with LHC standards as well as other accrediting bodies. Demonstrates professional skills through proper communication and dress, ensures confidentiality, and promotes teamwork.
