The goal of our MSPCA Community Clinics is to provide affordable and accessible care and help keep families together with their pets. The Community Clinic Coordinator is the primary client contact and coordinator of medical services aimed at providing affordable pet care for families in need and interacts with several departments within our organization. Some of the duties are; Serve as the primary contact for clients to coordinate and communicate services offered at our MSPCA-Shelter Clinic. The assessment of financial need and approval for veterinary services for pets of low income pet owners. Coordinate sensitive and complex medical cases with clients. Coordinate the workflow of the clinic, schedule appointments, and facilitate the intake and discharge of animals. Work collaboratively with staff to assess and determine mission- centric program needs. Provide support to schedule, organize, promote and attend outreach events and activities.
