Key Responsibilities * Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to gather, document, and translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for email, push, and cross-channel campaigns. * Serve as the platform SME for Responsys or Braze, focusing on technical configuration, data flow, and integration points with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., CRM, data warehouse, customer profiles, APIs, Digital web/app). * Define and manage data schemas, audience segmentation logic, personalization attributes, and campaign automation workflows. * Collaborate with data engineering teams to validate inbound/outbound data feeds, ETL processes, and system reliability. * Create functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and user stories that enable development teams to deliver scalable solutions. * Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, integrations, and campaign workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Support campaign performance tracking by enabling data accessibility for analytics teams, ensuring metrics such as engagement, conversion, and deliverability can be reported accurately. * Partner with Marketing stakeholders to align reporting needs with technical implementation, ensuring business decisions are backed by accurate and timely insights. * Ensure all solutions are compliant with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM) and follow internal security and governance protocols. * Partner with Product Management to support roadmap planning, backlog refinement and prioritization of features and enhancements. * Provide operational support for day to day campaign execution, troubleshooting issues with data campaign logic, and platform performance. * Act as a first line of support for Marketing users, escalating technical issues to Engineering when needed and ensuring timely resolution of defects or incidents. Qualifications * 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Analyst in marketing technology or related domains. * Hands-on expertise with Responsys and/or Braze, including data integrations, campaign orchestration, and system administration. * Strong technical background in APIs, data pipelines, SQL, relational data models, and ETL processes. * Ability to create and manage technical documentation: requirements, data dictionaries, system diagrams, and process flows. * Familiarity with marketing KPIs (open rates, click-through, conversion, deliverability) and ability to connect technical workflows to business outcomes. * Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. * Airline industry experience is a plus Preferred Skills * Exposure to other marketing aut omation platforms (e.g., Responsys, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable). * Understanding of omni-channel engagement (email, push, SMS, in-app messaging). * Knowledge of BI/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to support analytics integration. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure).
