This role is critical in supporting the regional marketing team by developing and maintaining high-quality resumes and project sheets for proposals. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and project managers to gather accurate information, ensuring all materials align with company standards and templates. In addition, this role will assist marketing coordinators by providing timely access to updated documents. Partner with project managers to develop detailed project sheets. Document Management Organize, track, and maintain resumes and project sheets. Format documents using Word and InDesign templates. Marketing Support Provide updated resumes and project sheets for proposals. Review documents for accuracy, consistency, and branding compliance. Maintain a centralized database for easy retrieval. Technical Skills Perform day-to-day tasks in Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI tools (Copilot) Responsible for file management Managing revisions through version control and maintaining consistency with template-based workflows What Your Experience Looks Like Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, business, or related field (preferred) Previous internships in supporting marketing, business development departments, or administrative roles (is a plus). Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud. AI certifications and/or experience with Microsoft Copilot desired Strong interest in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: * Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater projects for a variety of clients. * Assist with discrete work tasks required in preparation of hydraulic modeling of potable water, reclaimed water, and wastewater systems. * Create designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer. * Carry out engineering analyses and prepare reports and technical specifications under the supervision of an experienced engineer. * Work collaboratively within project teams to ensure project objectives are met within the defined scope, schedule, and budget. * Collect and analyze data, perform field work, and undertake site inspections under the supervision of an experienced engineer. * Attend site visits and meetings in clients' offices. * Maintain project records and files, contribute to the preparation of progress reports, and communicate project and task updates to team members and supervisors as needed. * Work under the supervision of a project manager or senior-level member. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: * Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources or in another related field and must have completed at least 3 years of study. Candidates who have graduated with a Bachelor's degree and plan to continue with the Master's degree are eligible to apply for these positions. Graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor's degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship. Preferred Qualifications: * Degree emphasis in water resources, water or wastewater treatment, or conveyance/pipelines. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Demonstrate growth potential as well as a desire to learn. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. * Proficient in Civil 3D, Revit, ArcMap, SWMM, ICPR, or other engineering software packages. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Detail-oriented while still being able to understand and comply with the big picture and goals of a project. * Interest in water/wastewater infrastructure design. Job Description The Water Business Line of AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented Senior Process Mechanical Lead Engineer/Project Manager for our Tampa, Orlando, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, or Ft. Myers offices in Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience with the design of municipal wastewater treatment plant projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Serves as lead process mechanical engineer and/or project manager on municipal wastewater treatment plant projects. * Leading the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical reports, and other project documents. * Prepares project work plan, scope, schedule, and budget, and communicates these to project team members; monitors/manages project production for compliance with schedule, budget, and quality objectives. * Identifies new business opportunities for AECOM, coordinates and participates in project presentations to clients and other external groups, and promotes AECOM's capabilities, marketing its services among existing and prospective clients. * Coordinates and participates in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors and drafts complex professional service agreements and addenda for review by senior management. * May supervise technical professionals, associate project managers, and design staff including workload and staffing management. * Assisting with marketing needs within the region. * Participating in professional societies relevant to the industry. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field + 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. * 8+ years of relevant experience in wastewater treatment plant process mechanical design. * Professional Engineering (PE) license in Florida. * Wastewater treatment plant experience. * Valid US Driver's License, and as a condition of employment, pass AECOM's motor vehicle records review. * Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required. Preferred Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure design, including pipelines and lift stations. * 3+ years of Project Management Experience. * Experience with design-build or alternative project delivery methods. * Experience and familiarity with the following programs: AutoCAD, REVIT, Sewer/Water CAD. * Experience working with local clients in Florida. * Candidates must have proven interpersonal skills, including client interaction, public speaking, and persuasive ability; strong project financial management along with ability to lead diverse, multi-disciplined teams.
