The Challenge: We are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager who can provide project management leadership for construction and mission support projects as well as lead pursuits, staffing and execution of projects globally. Principal Areas of Responsibility: Lead major programs including construction, Operation & Maintenance and Mission Support projects Manage projects throughout the project life cycle Achieve key project milestones, deliverables, and financial targets Manage multiple subcontractors on complex projects Serve as Capture Manager for targeted opportunities; prepare risk review paperwork, oversee proposal preparation and pricing; use experience and judgment to analyse price point for competitive submissions Prepare project execution plans, including Quality Control plans, Safety plans, and schedules for projects Provide leadership, oversight, and mentorship for office and project managers assigned to execute projects Responsible for developing dig permits, outage plans, etc. as needed to schedule the work with the end users Oversee all onsite and offsite work to monitor compliance with contract requirements Review invoices and track billings Coordinate with the customer to effectively manage schedule and construction Communicate effectively with U.S. DoD active duty and civilian personnel and multi-cultural staff and subcontractors Role Requirements: 15+ Years' experience managing construction projects, including at least 10 years as Project Manager. International experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related degree. Understand all facets of the construction process Ability to plan and see the overall construction project - “the big picture” Experience constructing US DoD contracted projects a must Specific knowledge of USACE contract management Knowledge of EM-385 and USACE Quality Control methods Experience in vertical construction, renovations and site utilities Must have a solid understanding of both design-build and design-bid-build construction requirements including managing the development of plans and specifications, subcontractor and material procurement, construction execution, and building commissioning Prefer USACE CQM and OSHA 30 Hour training/certifications Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance. Salary Range: This position has an annual range of $130,000.00 To $165,000.00.
