He has also served as the past Chairman of the SAAR (Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors) Government Affairs Committee. In his 12 year RE Career Brian and his team generated over $2Billion dollars worth of leads, Closed more than 1000 Real Estate transactions totaling well over $500M Born in Chicago, Brian now resides in North Phoenix/Scottsdale area with His Beautiful Wife Kristi who runs the Culhane Group and their 3 amazing kids. Having played and coached basketball at very high levels, Brian has developed both a natural ability to lead, as well as, work as a team player.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Courtney is responsible for amplifying the eXp World Holdings’ brands and overseeing all areas of marketing, including driving digital strategy for growth and enhancing eXp’s value proposition. A recognized thought leader in consumer lending, housing and digital transformation, Courtney was named a HousingWire Rising Star in 2016 and a Woman of Influence in 2019. Courtney has over two decades of marketing and innovation experience and has held various leadership roles at Roostify, CoreLogic and General Electric.

James brings more than 20 years of legal experience at publicly traded USANA Health Sciences, one of the largest direct-selling nutrition, personal health and wellness companies in the world with more than 615,000 active customers around the world. Most recently, as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at USANA, he had direct responsibility for several substantive company functions, including corporate legal, new market expansion, managing the company’s charitable foundation, internal audit and distributor compliance. While at USANA, James successfully expanded the company’s operations into new countries including, Colombia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Western Europe.

Jeff Whiteside is a CFO, Chief Collaboration Officer, eXp World Holdings at eXp Realty and CFO/Chief Collaboration Officer at EXP World Holdings Inc. He has experience at GENERAL ELECTRIC CO and has worked as VP at PITNEY BOWES INC /DE/. Jeff studied at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
